Very reliable serviceman, Bonz Heideman. I’ve used Scottsdale Air for over 10 years and have received excellent service throughout that time.

I would recommend Scottsdale Air every single time. Back in August, my upstairs unit was not working, I called Scottsdale Air as they were the ones who had done our initial installation and they had done a great job. Dave came and gave a quote. While we were deciding on a day that worked for us, the a/c came back on by itself, so we ended up not getting the repair done. But this past week, the unit stopped working again. When I called Scottsdale Air, Jacob the manager said he would honor the original quote. Dave was the one who came again and instead of just going ahead and installing what we had discussed previously, he did another diagnostic, found a leak, replaced the coil, all at no additional cost inspite of the size of the additional job. The initial job which was to take 2 hours ended up taking almost 6 because he had to go pick another part up, call another technician to help him, and do extra work.Not only that, he made sure that he wore booties inside the house because he noticed that we don't wear shoes inside the house. Every single time he had to go in and out of the house (which was a lot ), he would take them off, put them back on. The Scottsdale Air team is great, especially Dave - all about the customer, very fair in their dealings and you could see that they take pride in the quality of work they do.

Scottsdale Air installed units in my house and RV garage, their initial service was excellent. After four years the garage unit was in need of minor repairs. They provided next day service at a very fair price. Thanks guys your help was greatly appreciated.

A couple of months ago we purchased a Trane 4 ton variable speed system from Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling, and we couldn't be happier. The installation of the new system was flawless. The employees were very professional. The system is so quiet you hardly hear it running. This weekend with the temperatures over 110 , the system ran great. The house was very comfortable. If, you are going to purchase a new A/C system, I would recommend giving Scottsdale Air a call.

We replaced our old unit with a new one from Scottsdale Air. The technicians were pleasant, courteous, and did a great job. there were a couple very minor issues I mentioned during a follow-up call and Scottsdale Air sent someone out at the earliest convenience to address the issues and make it right. I would recommend Scottsdale Air to a friend.

Scottsdale Air did a awesome job. I tried to use my warranty HVAC repair company to fix my AC that died at 107 degrees outside. After no call back for a day, I called Scottsdale Air and was called back in 15 minutes. They gave me an appointment time for the same day. The technician, Scott, showed up promptly as scheduled and was very professional. He immediately inspected, diagnosed, and repaired my AC in 30 minutes. Plus checked it out for any other issues. Best AC repair experience that I can recall. thank you!

Scottsdale Air was so helpful in getting our air turned on quickly during our remodel. We were having issues with the drywall taking awhile to dry due to cooler weather and they came out with two hours notice to get it warming up the house and help with our construction timeline. They were so friendly and accommodating!
