I like Scott the best but all of the employees who have come into the house are very respectful, on time and very personable. They have all been awesome!

We had two new air conditioning units intalled in 2020 by Scottsdale Air. We recently had a very thorough tuneup on the two units performed by Bonz, who was courteous, prompt, informative, and just an overall nice guy with a cool name! He recommended an air scrubber and installed it on the same tuneup call. We trust Scottsdale Air completely and appreicate the quality service we consistently receive.

Honest Honest Honest. This company employs nice, honest, hard working, and smart people. Over the years as a tempe resident we have had a couple people come out to service our air from this company and it's always been a great experience. Our unit is 20 years old and they never push to sell us anything. They do the best they can to service and repair our old lady until we can afford a new unit. They give us tips and tricks. Highly recommend this company. And if they tell you to get a new unit you will know it's Honest.

Scottsdale Air has been maintaining our HVAC units for the last few years. They are prompt and professional. Our tech today was Bonz Heideman, and was great to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Hands down the best company to work with ! I have used other companies in the past and Scottsdale Air Heating is by far the best. I want to give a special shout out to Jonathon who was my tech who is the ONLY person who knows about Mitsubishi wall unit air conditioners as so many other companies / techs claim they do but know nothing. I want to also give out a special thank you to Dave Holland who came out , talked to me and actually helped put a temporary fix until Jonathon came out

I am in the military and deployed overseas. My AC went out and Scottsdale Air was highly recommended, it was noted they were expensive but did quality work and had great customer service. My family called, they were prompt about coming out and providing solutions. They put in place a $500 temp repair which we were fine with since we knew the unit was older and we would likely need to replace. They said the $500 would be deducted from any future HVAC replacement. So we proceeded with quotes and made a selection. They do offer a 10% military discount, which we appreciated greatly. But when we went to settle the final invoice, the $500 was never deducted. When I called for clarification, they stated that it was an either/or with the 10% discount...

Had we known this ahead of time, the price point would have been such that we would have shopped around... Lesson learned, if I have future issues while away, I will certainly find a way to do better due diligence.

John Areikat from Scottsdale Air came out to our home last month to look at an A/C unit that stopped working. First off, he was extremely professional and very patient answering all of my questions as he diagnosed the problem. Second and probably most importantly, he took the time to show me the exact issue and discussed how he proposed he would repair it and the exact cost. He even gave me advice and walked me through how to prevent it from occurring again. And lastly, he was very, very fair with the price for the repair. Overall, John represents the Scottsdale Air brand and reputation extremely well! If only more HVAC companies could be as honest and straightforward as John and Scottsdale Air.
