Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling

We received our bi-annual maintenance check today and our tech, Josh, was amazing! A super nice, very knowledgeable man. He walked us through the process and was fast and efficient. I hope we can get him again the next time we get it done. We were very comfortable around him.

EDIT: I tried to do a separate review but Google wouldn't let me. Today we had our ducts cleaned by Jesse and it was another wonderful experience by this company. He was punctual, thorough and very nice! Keep up the great work guys! Thank you for everything!

Had Travis come out today to do our normal maintenance, he was very professional and I felt like he valued my time and property! He did a thorough job doing the check up on my unit and explaining to me what he saw while he was doing it. Made some well explained recommendations for the future of the unit and made me feel like it was my decision on anything moving forward. Thanks a bunch and highly recommended this company!!

Rescue One Air has always been fantastic when it comes to customer service and responsive care. Travis' visit was more of the same. He was thorough, very friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. I appreciate him taking the time to explain his recommendations and it was obvious his primary concern was customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rescue One, for sending a great tech like Travis out!

All of Rescue One Air technicians have been very good. This is our first time with Matthew. In one visit he topped our list. Professional, polite, no wasted time, and a good debrief when done. If I had my choice, I'd be greatly satisfied if he was our permanent technician. Your folks just keep getting better.

When I say this company is heaven sent, I mean it. I received a call from Lori offering a free maintenance for my AC unit. I let her finish talking before I let her know that my AC unit wasn’t working and thanked her. We began to talk and I told her my story of buying a home warranty and they were refusing to fix my AC. I had been without a working unit a few months. She said her manager overheard the conversation and would send someone out to look at my unit. They did and they were not able to resolve the issue or figure out what the problem was. I didn’t have the money to keep investigating what it was but the gentleman was very nice and talked to his boss. (I feel really bad because I don’t remember his name which is why I keep saying gentleman so sorry ) His boss said that he was going to send someone out again to look at my thermostat because he wanted to leave me with an answer as to why it was not working. Hector came later whom was very nice also and found the problem. I now have a working unit and my mom can get warm! Thank you Hector and everyone at Rescue 1!!! I was so happy and this company went above and beyond to make sure that me and my family were nice and warm for the winter. From the first phone call I had with Lori until Hector leaving my house everyone was very professional, very nice, and I would have to give this company five stars but if I could do more I would. I highly recommend them!!!

I have been with Rescue One Air since 2015 and have always been satisfied with their service and professionalism. Today was exceptionally great. We had Scott out for our routine inspections, and he has been the best tech so far. He is a dog lover and was not at all bothered by my two beagles, he greeted them like a family friend. He insisted on changing my filters for me and taught me some simple filter change methods to make me more efficient and even educated me on my gas furnace exhaust system and filtration, which I was unaware of. Furthermore, he provide guidance on how to keep my dogs from damaging our A/C systems and saving us money on costly repairs. He walked me through the other service options offered and fully explained the benefits and costs with no pressure at all. He was friendly, professional, genuine and thorough. I will be asking for him by name moving forward. Everyone from Rescue One Air has been great, zero complaints, but Scott was exceptional!

BRANDON from Rescue One Air came out to do our yearly maintenance check on our heater. I was not able to be there, had my neighbor there to let him in.
There were a few thing wrong and Brandon spent the time on the phone to explain all the issues with my husband and I, even video walk through to explain what was wrong . Brandon was so patient and thorough, in our opinion Brandon went above and behind what most would do. We Can not thank Brandon enough for all his help.
We had a feeling we needed a new system. Our heater was over 20 years old and with Brandon's help we were able to make affordable payments. We are now able to get a new system.

Scott came by for a routine free checkup today as he has many times before. This time nothing was needed except a long overdue review! We have been relying on Rescue One Air for well over 5 years now without any complaint.

They installed our new unit and have provided warranties, service, maintenance, and savings during every brutal Arizona summer and monsoon season since. From minor maintenance to major repairs they have always been dependable.

Travis was an incredible treasure trove of advice, and I genuinely enjoyed chatting as he went over my system. He was as courteous as he was knowledgeable, and explained systems in such a way that was readily understandable for me. Thanks to Travis, I come away knowing quite a deal more about how my HVAC system works and how best to care for it.

It was patently clear both from the way he worked and the way he calmly and carefully explained each facet of what he was working on, that Travis is a veteran expert. His explanations were straightforward and to the point, with no hornswoggling. It's easy to underrate another person's decent honesty, so that's why I want to highlight Travis for his integrity and professionalism. I feel very thankful that he was able to come by to look over my system and continue the excellent maintenance that I've come to associate with Rescue One Air.

I had a great experience with this company. Dj was my initial technician to come out and service my ACs units. I decided I was ready for new units all together. Rescue one set it up super fast. They were here installing the next day. Abel, Ernie, Anibel, and Ivin were my technicians on install day and they were all wonderful. They were professional and courteous and worked very fast for all the work that had to be done. Some dry wall needed repair and rescue one air booked someone without me even asking and their dry wall guy was there the next day. And again professional and nice! All around this was a wonderful experience from rescue one air. I appreciate you guys. Thank you!
