I could not be happier, actually I call it an answer to prayer! I have been lied to by others and overcharged big time. I really did pray about this. Haron came and explained what he was going to do and why, very polite and kind also patient! He checked out my unit and told me the results, first time I have seen a picture of my unit! So very comfortable to know there is still a family owned company like this. I enthusiastically give 5 * review.

I had a tech for this company do repairs back in March. The quote was to charge me the diagnosis fee over the phone. After the tech arrived and spending a few minutes he wanted to charge me 3 times more. I was ok with that because I was desparate to have this fixed to prepare for summer. He told me that I needed several parts replaced totaling about $4500. Again I was ok with that and had him return the following week to install everything. I started using my AC in May and by middle June my AC unit stopped working.. I called the company. They sent over another tech. After he inspected the AC unit he told me he had no clue why the AC unit was not working. He told me that he had to send over his "top tech" and couldn't do anything about it. The heat was so unbearable that night that we couldn't get any rest. The tech arrived the next day. He had to use my ladder and tools because he didn't bring his own. I suspect the tech that came previously had already planned with this tech to upsell me parts I never needed so he basically thought he could just waltz in my home and try selling me more parts. I got him the ladder and tools and he spent 10 minutes and told me I needed all new damper opening motors which had nothing to do with the AC unit not working. At this point I was done with this company. I called another company and the tech spent 10 minutes to fix a wire that needed to simply be grounded. After that the AC works just fine. I would stay away from this company! Not to be trusted!

We purchased our split system from Air Care in May, 2021. Called them to come out for an issue in June, 2022. James was at the house within 30 minutes. James resolved the issue and took care of some non urgent issues too!! We so appreciated James extra effort!

I had the HVAC cleaned as well as the AC unit check up and repair done. All three guys did an amazing job and they were super friendly to work with. Ian was super kind and transparent in repairing the AC on the roof; Robert and Vincent was very thorough and quick in getting those vents cleaned and sanitized. I love supporting small companies and I would call them again in the future for any of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

With all of the great reviews, I decided to reach out to Air Care when one of our AC units went out in the middle of 117 degree temps. The man I spoke to was super sweet, and assured me that someone would come out right away. When the tech arrived, he took a peek at our units. He told us that we needed a new unit(which we knew and were ready to schedule). However, it would take a few days to get the unit installed. He offered to get us back up and running for $700. We thought that was a very pricey quote, to get us back up and running temporarily. Because we had the downstairs unit working, we decided to advise the tech that we would think about it, since $700 was super high. When my husband went to hand the tech the $60 for for service charge, the tech said " you have an AC guy here to help, but you aren't going to use him"? Then, he literally put his hands up, and said "keep your money", and walked away. We were shocked, confused, and disappointed by the unprofessional response. We eventually found another another AC company, who came out the next day. He was super professional an kind. He got us back up and running for $272. NOT $700 that we were grossly over quoted by Air Care. Our new AC tech and will be coming next week to install a new unit. To overcharge valley residents during a time when they are in need, with the dangerously high temps is just simply unacceptable. For this reason, Air Care gets a 1 star!!!!

Ken came to my condo and noticed immediately that my unit was soon to burn out due to lack of Surge Protection. To be honest, my Condo was sold and I really could have walked away but we spoke about Honesty, integrity and Making the right choices for the right reason. We both agreed to fix the unit so the buyers wouldn’t have future problems. Great choice. What a phenomenal Honest worker you have in this Gentleman, such a rare quality in people these days. THANKS KEN.. KUDOS 🥰

My technician today was Ken from Gilbert. He arrived right on time and got right to it!! He was able to show me what our A/C unit needed by showing me the test results. I was very impressed with this young man. He surpassed my expectations at every turn. He completed all work in a timely fashion and was easy to talk with. He explained everything to me and then my wife with great patience. Ken is to be commended!!

Air Care responded to my review within 24 hours. The lady I spoke with was quite apologetic and said that this is NOT their usual standard of business. They take their reviews seriously and wanted me to be satisfied. She asked me to let them come back out and redo the inspections. The technician arrived on time and immediately got to work and did a through and in my mind complete inspection of the systems.
based on the fact that Air Care followed up on my review and that (on their dime) they came back out and did a thorough job I have revised my rating form a one to a five. Not every company cares enough to back up their work. Air care did. Thank you.
This review only applies to their spring tune-up special. I did not hire them for any follow-on services.
I needed a spring tune up on 2 units. They advertise a 39 point inspection. I told them that one air handler was in an RV garage which has a 16 foot ceiling. Also they would need an extra tall stepladder to access the filter.
The tech (Ken) said he saw the note, but his ladder would not reach and "besides, since the unit was only 4 years old, the air handler did not need to be checked" At that point I should have sent him on his way, but foolishly let him continue.
I know for a fact that he did not do all 39 inspection on both units. For example, he did not check/replace any of the filters on either unit. He did not turn on the house unit to check for the "split" temperature between the return and the output.
He came back with a list of optional services he would recommend (approximately $4,000). While I expected to be hit with optional upgrades I also expected to have a thorough inspection of my units which did not take place.
For this reason, I gave them a rating of 1, since I now have to go and get another company out to service the units.
