I have a steam radiant heat system, which is more rare than an updated forced air system. Bethke has been out several times over the past few years, and are ALWAYS available on short notice and always prompt. They have also done routine maintenance, and have shown me ins and outs of maintaining the system. John has been out twice, and his customer service has been absolutely the best of any individual, regardless of business type, that I have encountered. Even the owner, Jason, has been out and gone above and beyond expectation. I will never, ever use anyone but Bethke for HVAC.

I highly recommend Bethke for your heating services! On the coldest night so far this winter my furnace went out & it had gotten down to 60° by midnight. I called their emergency number & received a call back quickly & a tech came out at 1:30 am on a Sat night/Sun morning. John worked for almost 2 hours trying to get a temporary fix. He left knowing we'd need a new part which he might not get until Monday. My kids & I wrapped up & prepared for a chilly time which ended up seeing the temp drop down to 55°. By 10 am Sunday morning he found a part & came back to get it fixed. Price for the service was very reasonable for their time & repairs!!! I am so thankful for John & Bethke!!!!

My furnace stopped producing heat today. JoAnne & Jodi in the office were extremely helpful. Mike I., the service tech, was fabulous as well. He was knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what was needed and what wasn’t. I appreciated Mike’s honesty, he felt trustworthy and I valued that.

Bethke provides great service. The staff will take the time to explain the repairs to you. They treated me like one of the family. My technician John Kaether did a great job. He was friendly and courteous. I will definitely us Bethke in the future. GREAT JOB !!!!

Coldest day of the year and we wake up to no heat. Bethke sent Matt out within a few hours, another hour the furnace is fixed. Reasonable price, professional, and fast. What could have been a really miserable day turned around quick - thanks to Bethke.

Excellent costumer service, I spoke with the office manager, Jodi, about a furnace we had installed by another company. I had questions about the warranty and replacement options she obviously took my call and made it a priority. She had called me back within 15 minutes and relayed information. She had taken the time to research the issue on the internet and even called the manufacturer. I appreciate her diligence and the up beat attitude she provided to me even though I have never used their services before. I can honestly say bethke has earned a "FOREVER AND LOYAL" customer!!!

Back in late October (2020) we had two HVAC businesses out to get quotes on a new Furnace and AC unit. The best price and warranty was Bethke Heating out of Verona, WI.

On December 2nd, two installers came at stated time and were friendly and business-like to deal with. Six hours later the furnace and the AC coil were installed and the house was warming up.

Since then, the new furnace has performed as promised, quiet and efficiently, we rarely now that it is running.

I called Bethke when my furnace stopped working. Of course it was during a snowstorm and the coldest stretch of weather we've had so far this winter! I spoke with Jake, who did some basic troubleshooting over the phone, but to no avail. He told me they could get to me between 12-3 the same afternoon. Jake and John arrived about 1:30. They were professional and courteous, explaining each step as they were checking things out. In the end, it turned out to be an air intake issue - blocked due to the 10" of snow that had fallen overnight. They grabbed a ladder from their truck, climbed up on my roof, cleared the snow away and saved the day! Prompt, courteous, funny and a very reasonable price. Customer for life here!

Outstanding service from start to finish! This is the first time I have used Bethke for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Mike did a super job and even addressed some other issues which were discovered during the cleaning. A very friendly office staff made scheduling easy. I recommend Bethke!
