High quality, professional service from John earlier today. He took the time to explain the diagnostic process, how he knew which part to replace and also took the time to walk me through other aspects of my heating and cooling system. Will be calling Bethke's again in the future.

We needed a new furnace and a new AC unit this year. Each technician we worked with from Bethke was great. All very polite, knowledgeable, and I never felt like they were trying to "upsell" me on a system that was more than we needed. This was an expensive project replacing both our furnace and AC, but the technicians helped me make the right decision for our house. I enjoyed working with the ladies in the office as well. We recommend Bethke for all HVAC work.

we have been using Bethke for heating and A/C since we moved to Madison 12 years ago after they were referred by a neighbor. everything about this company is professional and top notch, yet affordable. they have been doing our maintenance on a contract for several years now so we never have to worry about remembering to have it done. our furnace was the original (22 years) and they would recommend every year that it's almost time but would never be pushy. once we were ready to take the plunge the process was simple and they were in and out in four hours and we had a brand new furnace that hopefully will last another 22 years. whoever owns this company knows customer service and hires the best people to make sure that is a priority. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Bethke is the best! Jason is kind, honest and responsive and his office staff is super courteous and professional. They are an authentically local business, which I really like too. Bethke came out and gave an honest assessment that a whole house fan wasn't a good investment; A/C would be cheaper and it was! On the day installation my model wasn't on their truck so they gave me a better model for the same cost, just so we could keep my install date. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We've been with Bethke since the 1990s. They came out on Thanksgiving to fix a 27-year-old furnace. When we replaced it recently, the same guy who installed the 1995 furnace came to put in the new one! How often do you get that kind of continuity? This is a great local business and I highly recommend them.

We just had Bethke install a mini split air conditioning and heating system in our 100 year old house. Jason did an expert job of recommending the best and most economical placements of the units. Corey and Ridley did a spectacular job of installing the system and cleaned up meticulously without damaging the walls. They were also a pleasure to have working at our house. We are so pleased with the work. I would recommend Bethke to anyone.

Bethke is a great company! Always pleased with their work. This time around they installed a Mitsubishi Air Handler in our attic to provide air conditioning to the upstairs of our 1926 home (no forced air, so central air wasn't an option for us). We're so pleased with the results. Always a very nice and professional team. Highly recommend!

Have been reliable, clean, and friendly when I have used over the past 5 years. They do book up- I called too late into the hvac season last year and it was a long wait. Was on top of it this year though and they were available within 1-2 weeks. Unsure how costs compare to other companies but I would think at least comparable, have never felt sticker shock.

They were very up front with recommendations for replacement of my old system. They gave a fair price and wonderful service on installation. They have a great install team and John K was very helpful in making the decision on which HVAC system to choose.
