Bethke's customer service is awesome - it's why we chose them to purchase our furnace, and our experience since has reinforced that decision.

Our furnace konked out on the coldest day of the year (a Saturday, of course), and John showed up and saved the day. Tremendously professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so well taken care of.

This also includes the staff at the office - just a great group, providing "old fashioned" outstanding service. I'm also so happy to support a locally owned shop. Thanks, Bethke - and John!

Bethke cares about it's customers, give good advise and does great work. They installed a new AC system along with duct work to our 2nd floor. It was a very easy efficient process from my first meeting with Jeff to when the technicians completed installing the system. They had to work in very hot conditions but they finished on time and were pleasant and professional to work. I've had a great experiences with Bethke and have recommend them to everyone who needs any HVAC work done.

Bethke installed ductless mini-splits in our home. I was pleased to note that the installation team wore masks (this is summer 2020, coronavirus). They worked quickly and the units look great and work well. Communication was good throughout the process of bidding and scheduling, and they were able to get us a manufacturer's rebate as well as a modest price break as they are doing multiple jobs for us.

I can't say enough about how fantastic our experience was with Bethke! We got quotes from several highly rated HVAC companies in Madison, but they were the only ones who performed a load calculation and considered additional needs in our basement. Once we decided to go with Bethke, we were able to schedule a new furnace and a/c install within a week! The crew who arrived at our house were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. From a comprehensive estimate to a fast and painless install, we're very happy we chose this company!!!

I had a great experience with Bethke last night. Furnace was failing and I was doing some basic troubleshooting (checking thermostat, LED error codes, air flow, etc.). I finally had to call for service knowing that I'd be taking on an after hours fee, etc. Spoke to an individual at Bethke who took my info and I promptly received a call back from a service tech named Paul. I explained how things had been failing, what I'd tried, etc., and had a great conversation with him as he explained the system and what I might try in order to insure a service call wasn't needed. In a few short minutes we got the furnace running. So, while Bethke could have simply come out, charged an after-hours fee, and reset things for me, they instead took a customer service attitude and helped me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Paul's approach and the impression it left me with. While I had no strong feelings one way or the other about Bethke prior to last night, I can say that they earned a customer through last night's engagement and can be assured that when my aging furnace and AC system needs replacing, I'll be giving them a call. Old school service was awesome.

Our AC failed on the hottest day of the year to date, a Saturday. Called Bethke expecting to wait days for service, but John, the technician on call, called back within minutes. He talked us through a few possible fixes to try to save us the cost of a service visit. None worked and he was at our house within a half hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed our AC quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend Bethke!

John arrived on time, was thorough in completing the requested repair and tune up and answered all of my questions. Very nice guy, excellent company to work with. Bethke is my go-to for service and they always go above and beyond to keep my older heating system running smoothly. Highly recommended.

Came home from a week-long vacation to a hot and humid house on the hottest stretch of days of the summer so far. With two small kids, it was a priority to get my A/C fixed. Bethke sent John out, and he saw us on the same day, just a few hours after I called, even though it was a jam-packed Friday. He fixed the problem and gave me some additional free advice about maintenance. Super happy with the service, friendliness, and speed. 100% recommend Bethke! Customer for life.
