I called Bethke after returning from being out of town a few days an noticing my furnace didn't seem to be working. After checking some of the basics and not finding a culprit, John came out and had the furnace up and working in about half an hour. John talked me through a lot of what he was checking and working on and was very friendly. Would highly recommend using Bethke for your hearing and cooling needs.

We called Bethke when the blower on our furnace died last winter. They sent someone out that morning. It turned out that the blower wasn't a standard unit, but the tech called in and was able to locate one on another truck. Had it delivered and the furnace fixed in a couple of hours. Great service!

Following three estimates, we hired Bethke to install a Mitsubishi Split Ductless system, with three units on three floors of our quirky house built in 1939. Everything went very smoothly, and the team (the estimator and the installation team) were highly professional. A few surprises along the way with respect to installation were resolved immediately. Bethke Heating and AC has done a number of jobs at a friend's and my homes over the years. This includes regular inspections of the furnace and air conditioners, duct airflow adjustments, a boiler replacement, and a central air conditioner upgrade. Most recently they installed a mini split air conditioner/heat pump in a room that needed help in this regard. I'm planning another a/c upgrade (different home with VERY old system) with them now. Excellent company that I very highly recommend!

John was professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me an up-front and accurate cost estimate, and had the whole process of replacing a motor in my furnace done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend.

Bethke Heating & Air Conditioning performed tune ups on the 2 20 year old air conditioners servicing my home. One checked out fine. The other was short of refrigerant and stated tome there was probably a leak and that the equipment probably needed replacement. Within the week we had a apt to meet with their sales person to propose solutions. I am a technical individual. We talked technical terms and my particular needs. As a result we agreed upon a replacement. They were here the next day installing the new air conditioner. Bethke personnel were a pleasure to work with. They all come with a great attitude! I decided to write this review because of the great experience I had.
