John from Bethke was a life saver! On Black Friday (when Bethke is closed, mind you), our heat stopped working. After chatting with the friendly person from the answering service, John called me back to see what was going on. After a short conversation, he was able to walk me through how to fix our boiler myself - saved me an after hours house call fee and more importantly, got our heat up and running in mere minutes. I actually can't think of any way this could have gone smoother, and John was really friendly the whole time. I'd never used Bethke before, but this one experience has solidified me as a customer.

Bad luck that my furnace blower motor went out on the coldest day in 20 years, but fantastic luck that Bethke was open. Within 30 minutes of calling at 7am, Mike was knocking at my door and he had a fix within the hour. He explained everything along the way, even while it was still only 40 degrees in my house.

Super happy that a local business was open and ready to help out, since not entirely sure what I would have done otherwise.

Bethke Heating & Air Conditioning is wonderful. I have used them a two homes for A/C and furnace tune ups. They recently helped me when I had an issue with my furnace. When the weather is below freezing and the furnace is not working this is who I called and I was pleased with the result. The technicians are always courteous and helpful.

We have purchased furnaces and air conditioners from Bethke over the years and never been disappointed with the products or service. Each spring and fall we have them cleaned/tuned up for the coming cooling and heating seasons. We contacted Bethke on one of the coldest nights of the year (windchill -50) because the furnace had stopped working. John arrived in our driveway just after midnight and within 45 minutes had diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. The interior temperature in the house was about 50 degrees when he arrived and had retuned to normal within an hour of his leaving. We'll definitely call Bethke if we have furnace issues in the future.
