We just had preventative maintenance done on our furnace. James was the technician and he arrived promptly at the time scheduled. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was involved with the maintenance and answered my questions and when completed, went through everything he did in detail. He made some repairs and adjustments as needed and advised us on the condition of our furnace. I've dealt with Bethke over the years and each time I've been very satisfied, I recommend then highly!

Our furnace went out after a cold stretch and the technician on call was Mike I. He arrived only 60 minutes after my call and had the control board replaced and furnace working within 25 minutes! His professional demeanor and friendly approach were a great combo. Don't hesitate to call Bethke next time your heating or AC has problems, they are consistently excellent!

Just had a fantastic visit with John, who really did an amazing job of not only maintaining my two furnaces, but he was able to help maximize their efficiency throughout the house. I've just completed a major remodel, (with extensive HVAC work, re-routing the original system all over the place), and John did an excellent job educating me and explaining how this impacts the system. His knowledge and expertise were outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bethke to any and everyone I know!

Great service from the beginning stages to the final installation. Scheduling was very easy and the installation crew was prompt, friendly and answered all my questions. They explained the process and took great care with removal and new install. Install crew was very knowledgeable with new thermostat operation, helped with initial programming and provided valuable customer instructions. Crew provided floor tarps and clean up was superb. Our initial Bethke contact stopped by to see how project was going and made sure we were happy with the new furnace. The new Armstrong two-stage furnace is much quieter and maintains a more consistent temperature in the home...no big swings in temperature and our upstairs rooms are more evenly heated. Our furnace quit, during the below 0 cold snap. Bethke sent out a tech immediately and determined the furnace needed replacement (It was 20 years old). A new unit was ordered and installed the next business day. Bethke also delivered electric space heaters to help keep the house warm in the furnace's absence. The technicians did an excellent job, were friendly, and left the area neat and tidy. I highly recommend Bethke, (and I'm in that industry) !

Bethke installed a new boiler and a mini-split, ductless AC system in our 100+ year old home. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The service we received from the estimate process to the project completion was some of the best. They communicated with us every step of the way and gave us the opportunity to ask questions regularly. I'd hire Bethke again in a heartbeat. Also, Jason and Mark, who did the entire install, were courteous, helpful and very experienced. Jeff and Jason on the management side were great as well. I just can't say enough. Ten stars for the Bethke crew. We had our furnace replaced in January and the AC last week and we are extremely satisfied with both units. Vickey is amazed at how good real air conditioning feels. Was recommended Bethke by another HV/AC company due to Bethke being able to service our brand of furnace (Armstrong). When we woke to a burning smell and rattling blower on a 7 degree morning, we called and got a same-day appointment with a technician named John. He arrived on time, was professional, clean, and very thorough. He walked me through the repair and a few other things about system, then provided upfront pricing. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use for future maintenance and service!
