This is the second time I have used Bethke. I have had John come to my home both times. He is incredibly personable and professional. Both times, he went beyond what was needed and made sure that my system was even better than when I bought my condo. I am NEVER skipping my yearly maintenance again.

Our air conditioner quit working so we called Bethke on Monday morning and were able to schedule an appointment that afternoon. Jason arrived
at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and made the necessary repairs. He was very courteous, friendly, and obviously knows his trade. He even answered some unrelated questions about thermostats and ductwork. Thank you for the fine service. I am writing this in air conditioned comfort.

We called Bethke to perform annual maintenance on our boiler and check a few radiators. Service was prompt. John, from Bethke, walked through the house and listened to all of our concerns. He completed a tune up and needed to bleed the system. John took the time to explain how the radiators work and how we can check the boiler. He addressed all of the issues. The system is working and much quieter. John was pleasant and good with a dog. Highly recommend Bethke.

The emergency crew at Bethke were all courteous, prompt and professional, from start to finish. John was remarkably good humored for someone out on such a cold day, and he got our heat back on straight away. I’m so grateful to John and the entire crew for their service this season.

We had a full ductless mini split install throughout our 1920's home and Bethke did excellent work. Friendly, committed staff made this to entire experience completely positive. I will certainly be using their services moving forward and highly recommend that you do too!

Bethke Heating & Air Conditioning immediately responded to our early morning call for help on the coldest day of the year, 1-30-19! We woke to a freezing house. Leon was at our door within an hour and diagnosed a burned out motor on our 20+ year old furnace. He drove back to the shop in search of a replacement. When he returned he brought 2 space heaters to help us stay warm. After speaking with Bryan about our situation, it was decided that the smartest thing for us was to put in a new furnace. Shortly after that Dan and Greg were at our door ready to do the installation.
From the answering service, to speaking briefly to John, who was on his way into the shop, to the office staff, to the prompt service from Leon and the professional installation by Dan and Greg, Bethke Heating and Air Conditioning is, and has been, our go-to service for a reason; they care, and they do an excellent job.

I've used Bethke for years with great results. Tonight, John fixed some wiring problems from an earlier install of two Nest thermostats by my security company. John identified the wiring issues immediately and had my heat back on within minutes. Thank you!

Since finding Bethke, they are the only HVAC company I use. John was great today. He was able to contact Lennox and have a portion of my repair covered by warranty! Friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My central air stopped working last night around 6pm. Of course, it's 90% humidity and 95 degrees outside. Honestly, I had no idea who to call so I did some research online. Bethke had some great reviews and a fantastic website, so I gave them a call around 7pm. The after hours gentlemen I spoke with was extremely friendly and told me they'd call me tomorrow. Jodi called me at 6:30 am. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with. She said a technician could be there in an hour. YAY! Ken showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem and had it working within the hour. Ken was fabulous! He was professional and explained everything in great detail. I asked him about another issue I've been having with my electric water heater for my radiant floors. My bills are WAY too high. He mentioned a modular boiler might fit my needs better, so I'll be having them install that as well. Fabulous fabulous company! I'm so happy to have found them! Call... you won't regret it!

Mike came out from Bethke because we needed a new furnace motor. We had been given a high quote from another company and just didn't feel comfortable. Mike put us at ease and quickly replaced the furnace motor at half the cost of the original quote from the other company. We will continue to work with Bethke in the future.
