I have used Bethke several times for various HVAC needs, most recently installing a new central air system. I love working with Bethke - everyone is so friendly, trustworthy, and professional. They do awesome work for very reasonable pricing and are very easy to work with. 100% recommend!

We had Bethke install a mini-split heating/AC unit for our porch and could not have been happier with the overall experience. The sales person listened to us, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want and patiently worked with us to get answers to our questions. We had very limited space, so the install was tricky - and we had gotten mixed messages from other contractors. The install happened as scheduled - no delays or surprises - and the crew working at our house was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional.

I had a new furnace and AC system installed this past Friday which replaced my 18 year old system. The 2 man crew that installed it were very friendly and timely....I think they were only here about 6 hrs or so to install everything.

After they left I wanted to run the system through its paces and found out that my existing humidifier didn't turn on and that my 2 stage furnace didn't go into the second stage. I fixed those two issues with a little investigation and a few simple tools.

I contacted Bethke via email to let them know what I found that following Monday and much to my surprise I got a reply from the owner(Jason) within an hour which I didn't expect. Four days later I had their most experienced service tech (Jeff) come to do a double check on the install. Jeff did find a few other bits misconfigured during his 45 minute visit.

I went with Bethke due to two positive service call experiences for my old furnace several years ago. I chose to give Bethke a 5 star rating because people make mistakes and the entire experience was no hassle with great customer service.

A sign of a great company is when they take responsibility for when mistakes are made or a customer is not satisfied. I will be using Bethke again in the future for all of my HVAC needs.

I had Bethke out for the first time to complete a preventative maintenance on my furnace. The tech was on time, very polite and professional, and was able to answer questions regarding my furnace and humidistat. Shortly after the tech left, I inadvertently disabled my thermostat resulting in me having to call Bethke out for emergency service. The tech arrived very quickly despite the fact it was the day before Christmas, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bethke has come a few times to fix our boiler that was originally installed by a different local company, and our interactions were always positive. But when Memorial Day hit the 90s, we knew it was finally time for a ductless AC in our house. Every part of the process, from the original estimate to the install, was clearly communicated and carried out with top-notch professionalism. And after returning home from a weekend camping in the heat, our house has never felt so comfortable! Thanks Jason and Jason!

We used Bethke to fix our non-working air conditioner. We thought they did an excellent job explaining what the issue was as well as a/c tips going forward. Our service person was John and he was very professional, personable, and we thought the cost was fair. Would recommend and use them again.

We have been using BETHKE for more than five years. Their team has been extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The are quick to respond and troubleshoot issues with ease. The rates are responsible and we appreciate the service contract option.

We received excellent service from Bethke in replacing our 100-year old steam boiler with a new boiler. Not an easy job because these things are very heavy and require specialized, complicated iron piping. The installation was completed on time and cheerfully. Most importantly, Brian went above and beyond in making sure our old boiler was kept running until the late November date when they could fit us into their busy schedule. Much appreciated!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Even though the install wasn't as simple as expected, the final price was same as quoted. That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Bethke service technician John came out several times to problem solve our Goodman furnace issues. We had inherited the furnace with the home purchase and even though only 6 years old it kept shutting down. John reponded so quickly and professionally, each time getting the furnance running again. After a month of Bethke replacing parts and restarting we decided it just wasn't worth keeping it. We worked with John and the office gal to get a new furnance installed, which they did within a week and installed in 1/2 a day. They are all professional and easy to work with, I would highly recommend them for any heating, A/c service
