Between First American Home Warranty, which we are 'very' disappointed with and Mountain Heating and Cooling, we had to pay an additional $85. service fee for Mountain Heating and Cooling to come back, check AC and apply coolant which would have been done last year, in same service appt. when AC was replaced. AC was suppose to be replaced in Sept., when still warm enough outside, but due to different rescheduling reasons, had to be bumped out to Nov. FAHW was the greater problem with this issue. We have NEVER had these kind of issues before, when we lived in CA.
Mountain Heating & Cooling replaced an aging AC unit, as well as our gas furnace. They were easy to work with, courteous, and stuck to the agreed upon timeline. And most important, they were very competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family, for sure. Thanks guys! Appreciate your honest work.

Appointment was set and cancelled due to issues on their end. Instead of sending a different technician, they pushed my appointment out 5 more day. I told them that was unacceptable and will need to come sooner. The lady on the phone was rude, said she won't reschedule my appointment and hung up.
