I was without heat for nearly a month, because I could not get a phone call back from them. They never seem to have the information on hand when I called them, and they would promise to call back and never did. Due to their unresponsiveness and my need to heat my home, I had to go with another company and lose out on any benefit with my warranty.

Noel was very professional he took his time and explained to us what was wrong with the unit he showed us rest mode dented coils on the refrigeration part and he went through putting 2 bottles or 3 bottles of water down the unit so I would use Noel again

It's a little difficult to say too much because the technician was only here for about 10 minutes and determined our furnace is dead and need to be replaced, then he left. He was on time which is good.
