You guys were contacted by my home warranty company. And I'm so glad they contacted you. Pacific air and heating are my usual go to for routine maintenance and they were quoting me $1,500 to fix the current situation but also thought it was kind of funny that I'm due for a new furnace and they thought aha she's finally going to have to buy one. But that will not happen. Your service tech had it figured out in less than 5 minutes that it was the breaker box! Pacific Heating didn't even look so once I finished my yearly obligation probably in August I am canceling them and switching to you for sure. Like thanks Pacific heating for trying to rip off a 62 widow on a fixed income.
Wish I could rate 0. This company was assigned by our home warranty worst experience ever! Furnace went out in December they came and said the blower was out and the manufacturer stopped making the part so we had to replace the whole thing. I lost count of how many calls me and my husband made to have it replaced NOBODY called back. Now March 3 months later we got a second opinion with a different company. Come to find out the part was available and that was even all that was wrong with the furnace. So Mountain heating lied about it all. We paid privately full price rather then get a discounted furnace through them and our warranty. Such a nightmare!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. This Company is so unprofessional. We have been fighting to get a report from a service tech submitted to our home warranty company for 2 months now. The end of November the company came out to do a service on our Furnace / HVAC. The service tech found a crack and told us that the furnace was going to need to be replaced. So we wait a week for the warranty company to reach out and nothing. We contact the warranty company and they tell us that they have no report from the tech. So for the last two months we have been trying to get a report from this contractor stating the problem so we can get it fixed, and nothing. We have been calling every two days and still have nothing. If my home warranty company wasn't making us use them we would have gone somewhere else a long time ago. This is ridiculous.
They showed up on time and did the work in a timely Manner, they were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on installing my system, I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have any HVAC work done!!
Mountain Heating has been great. We have had an outstanding experience with these guys. Billy came out to give us an estimate and was upfront and honest, he gave us all the options he could for our situation. After receiving 4 bids from multiple companies we decided to go with mountain. Dustin was the installer that installed our new heat pump, he was very clean and tidy about his workspace, he was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Mountain for your service.
Throu the home warranty they had us go through these guys ..can’t say I’m that impressed. Took 3 days to do a quick diagnosis, told them the coil fan motor wasn’t working ..guy showed up right on time! Here 5mins ..I was right. Trane is a pretty popular brand ..had to order the motor ..thou I know 1 motor works for multiple models. Then it took 2 days for them to submit it to the warranty company ..at 1pm they got the ok ..then another day-day and half to order it. Going to take 2 working days(weekend in the middle) to get the motor ..then another 3days to even get on the books for the install! Called 2 days in a row to figure out what’s goin on ..finally had to call again during business hrs to find out what was going on. From setting up the apt ..to being finished it’s goin to be 2weeks!!! We live right down the street from them ..I would not use them again ..only reason I used them to begin w is cuz of warranty company! Should’ve gone to amazon and ordered the motor myself and had in installed in 3days! Smh for the same price I paid for the service call! Mind blown! Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars ..is cuz of the tech that showed up!
So far so good with the heat pump and air handler that was installed. Once the warranty company stopped being pathetic and cleared Mountain Heating to go forward with the install everything was great.
