Although I didn't like hearing the coolant for my unit was no longer available, the service rep gave me accurate information and was professional and courteous.

This job was on a Mini Split Heat Pump that had a problem with the exhaust hose leaking and coming loose. It had taken 4 service visits last summer and this visit in 2023. I hope it stays fixed this time. The service is good. The unit is old and difficult to repair with new parts.

The HVAC system is relatively new purchased and installed through this company. Something seemed to have gone wrong as it was 93° in our house and was not working appropriately. So serviceman came out and fixed it apparently there was a wire that was in the wrong spot. I trust that we will not be charged for this service under the circumstances and how new it is

Our heater died right at the start of winter, Mountain Heating & Cooling handled everything from beginning to end on the installation of our new heater. It was quick, clean, efficient, and professional. They responded to all our questions and concerns right away, and the installation was done promptly. They even dealt with our insurance, saving us tremendous headaches. I highly recommend them.

Nice people did good work repairing my furnace, but they don't seem on top of things in scheduling. I needed someone to look at the HVAC on my roof and they sent someone out with no ladder and had to reschedule for two more weeks out. So I got at least two more weeks with roof problems

Paxton & Scout put in a new heat pump for us & Jamie did the electrical. The whole team was great! They worked quickly & were very professional.

Though we had to reschedule numerous times because it wasn’t warm enough to do the service, they always kept us informed and updated. They service tech was very professional and courteous.

Billy was great enough to call me while I was at work and go over multiple scenarios about my AC service and installation. He explained and answered all possible questions with extremely detailed information and answers.

Intermittent furnace operation, would turn on for short period and turn off. Was not heating the house. Technician came out did extensive troubleshooting and found the heating sensor was defective. Very pleased with service from Mountain Heating and Cooling Services.
