Mountain Heating & Cooling

Assigned through American Home Shield to trouble shoot and repair my HVAC. The AC worked for exactly 30days and stopped working. Im now forced to repay because it was outside of the 30days from original service and mt heating has not picked up my call all day yesterday or today. They operated from 8-3pm and they do not have a working voicemail.

OMG! BEST ever! I have never had a company go this far above and beyond! Carl did more for my heating unit than anyone has in 20 years! he even walked me through how to ignite my gas fireplace, answered every question, tested things I asked about! I asked if I could watch him and what he did and he even explained every detail, showed me everything! This guy is amazing! They also contract with home warranty services.. thank god! I won't ever use any other company again! SERIOUSLY the best! Thank you Carl! He deserves a bonus!

My home warranty company sent Mountain Heating out to service my HVAC only to find my heat exchanger was cracked and the technician even sent me the video this was in November. I had to put in another claim for my warranty company to have the thing replaced. December comes along and they still haven't sent the report. Christmas comes still haven't sent the report I am calling my warranty company over and over they call Mountain Heating and say they will do it that day and that never happens. This continues until present day. My warranty company can't force them to send the report and they honestly don't care if they do because if they don't then they don't have to pay. Mountain Heating just doesn't do their job. But replacing the thing completely out of pocket is ludicous. I have finally filed enough complaints that my warranty company is saying I can get someone else to come out here because there is no way I want them to install it who knows what they would or more importantly wouldn't do. 2 months no heat and I'm beyond furious. Run away from this company. Run far and as fast as you can.

I am still waiting for my job to be finished. I have left messages and no one returns a call or text to inform me as to when this will be scheduled. The job was rescheduled 3 times with 2 different team members coming over yet not finishing up the Job. Very disappointing with the customer service or lack there of.

I had them come out to service my furnace for winter. We just moved in and the furnace is fairly new so I could have probably skipped the service or done it myself but since this is our first house I wanted to make sure everything was good to go. My technician was Carlos and he was very professional and really knew his business. He made sure everything was working and calibrated correctly and didn’t just do a quick clean and run. He spent the time to go over everything with me and also helped me track down my return and exhaust registers. Will definitely hire them for the spring tune up for our air conditioning

Team at this company is not accommodating even though the problem was caused by their own technician. A/C was properly working before the technician’s visit. We only had issue with the heating. After the technician visit, AC stopped working. Called to have to technician come back, they gave me a week’s out appointment. The person on the phone denied that the issue was caused by their contractor without listing to the details, after that she asked me to call someone else if I need a sooner appointment. A very class act!!

I wish I could give a 0 star. The home insurance company assigned this to us for furnace problem last November, and until now( 5 months later) they still can’t figured it out. Super irresponsive and never called me back for any update. Avoid at any costs!
