Mountain Heating & Cooling

Mountain Heating was used through a home warranty claim. They came to my house Tuesday 4/25. The gentleman was nice and explained what he found.

However, I just went back into my basement where the furnace is. There is blue paint everywhere. I know the guy used a paint jug to sit on while looking at the furnace. He must have broke it open. I was wondering how blue paint got on the grass and on a rug inside my house.

I do not go into my basement unless I absolutely have to. I went in this morning to let some workers in for the furnace and noticed the paint all over the floor.

Like really? You’re gonna spill paint and not say anything to me? I get accidents happen but say something. Then the paint get tracked into my hard and house.

Our furnace was replaced and we added air conditioning with an air cleaner. We have had an exceptional experience and appreciate all the wonderful experienced technicians that have since installation had to make a few repair. They squeezed us in, and made us feel like family.

Our HVAC system stopped working as efficiently as it should on Friday evening. Mountain Heating and Cooling came out Saturday after we called, and got everything working again for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!

The company all along has been communicating with me on what was going on. They worked with the insurance very well. On the day of the installation, I got a message when the crew left the office headed to my house. When they arrived, the two gentlemen were very respectful, worked diligently. I kept checking in with them and they explained the process and how long it would take to finish. What I liked most was the fact they worked as a team and occasionally I could hear a bust of laughter. When they got done, they gave me the paperwork and explained what I needed to do to schedule the inspection. They cleaned after themselves.
I would recommend anyone needing their services to give them a call.

Replaced original Gas Furnace with new HVAC system with heat pump and new gas furnace. Happy with the system despite some error codes. Billy took good care of us with timely service calls, professional service and addressed all necessary repairs/set up/configuration changes needed to address the error codes. We are happy with the system and especially the A/C. Thanks!

Technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Quickly identified the problem, had the needed replacement part and restored our AC service within minutes of his arrival. Would recommend and use them again
