    Didn’t show up for the appointment and didn’t call or text. I tried to reach out they didn’t pick up. Because of this appointment I had to miss work since they refuse to give me a fixed appointment. They gave me a time between 12pm and 3pm and said I will get a text message 10 min prior. That’s not professional and plus the receptionist sounds very rude when I called to schedule.

    We had Mountain Heating and Cooling assigned to us through our home warranty company as our central air unit had stopped working after a different company had come out last year and replaced the compressor motor. The office staff for Mountain H&C was fabulous and their techs were great as well. Noah did the initial consult and said our unit should have just been fully replaced last year instead of the compressor motor, as the outside unit was in really bad shape (it was 25 years old). After our warranty company ordered everything and had it delivered to Mountain H&C, they were able to get 2 techs out to us within just 3 days of them receiving it (and 2 of those days were the weekend). CJ and Torrance came out to install it and were really great, especially given it was 90° out and the start of a heat wave week. Everyone with Mountain H&C did a wonderful job and I hope when our furnace needs to be replaced, our warranty company assigns them to do that work as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Not that the work was bad but the response time was horrible. My furnace went out the first day of July in 2022 and it was finally fixed the 25th of August. The technicians were very nice, all 3 of them, which is how many home visits there were. The initial diagnostic and 2 additional for parts and repair. In all fairness to the company I have to mention the that the home appliance warranty company may be partially to blame. The experience was not a great one because my furnace went out during the hottest months of summer and I needed my air desperately
    However I would definitely use Mountain Heating and Cooling again as they did get the job done and my house is now cool. Even on second thought maybe my score could have been a little higher being that I should have factored in the 4th of July holiday.

    Everyone, from Heather in the office, to Noah and Kelly in the field, gave excellent service.
    Today, October 19, 2022, Carl came out to perform annual check up on my 2003 gas furnace. He was amazing. He showed me things that the prior service company (a well known local business) had likely NOT done for some time. I will continue to use Mountain Heating and Cooling for any repairs or service on my furnace. The people, quality service and excellent attention to detail are top notch. Five Stars!!!!

    Bought a nest for winter. Instructions say to not run AC in winter. Followed the directions and once it became AC weather it didn’t work. Apparently this is a known issue with nest🤦‍♂️. 20-30 & it was wired for both.
