I have not owned this house long but when the electricity went out - I was thrilled that the power came back on. The generator worked for over 12 hours. Then the power went off again but the generator did not! I googled Generator repair places. I called one and the guy came out 2xs. Finally told me he did not know how to fix it. Then I called WA Energy Services and Cris Johnson came out. What a wonderful person. Professional, courteous, and very informative. But put all that to the side, he FIXED IT - I signed up for the 2 YR maintenance plan and will continue to ask for Cris. WA Energy Services has done themselves a HUGE favor by hiring Cris. Thank you for all of your help Cris 🙂 I very much appreciate you and WA Energy Services. I left a VM on Saturday and today is Monday-The Generator is all fixed and I am HAPPY

Update:
2022
My maintenance call is not satisfactory. My Heater stopped working within a year and there is a water leak in the garage that through an AC emergency pipe. During the heater install, they fixed the placement and gas outlet which caused the AC piping change and they charged $400 to fix that mistake. The heater is still not fixed for nearly a week, part replacement is taking a lot of time.

Customer service team responded positively to my concern and Aaron worked with me on plan to get my Water Heater replaced. I am happy with them making sure that my concerns are addressed. Will recommend working with this business.

I got HVAC tune-up done from Washington energy services last week and technician used my Water heater to connect to Hose without my consent and caused damage to Heater in the process. I have 2 hose points for my home both within 100 feet from service area and there is no need to use Water heater for this. In the middle of service I even informed service person that I have Hose point and still he mentioned that he is nearly done and use it for another hour. During his usage there is some glass damage to heater and it started leaking after he left. I got many inconsistent updates on from Washington energy services support call. Totally unprofessional service.

Excellent install crew! Punctual, courteous and professional. They patiently ran us through the operation of our Daikin system - did not leave until they were confident that we knew how to operate. Would definitely recommend Washington Energy Services!!

Approximately 10 years ago I purchased a York Furnace from Washington Energy Service. I found the sale, delivery and installation to have been excellent. Subsequently, I bragged to several friends how well the experience went.
Well after today, the bragging stops to be replaced with shaming. I called WES today to arrange for an annual furnace cleaning. In addition to the receptionist (person answering WES phone) being hard to hear (she spoke too softly) and very difficult to understand (she spoke too hurriedly), she was extremely rude. After finally agreeing that WES did annual furnace cleaning, I asked if the price included a filter to which she responded yes but only a 1 inch filter. I said my furnace required a 4 inch filter to which she repeated WES installs a 1 inch filter. I then asked if WES services products they sell to which the RECEPTIONIST THEN HUNG UP ON ME.
Needless to say this was the last phone call I will make to Washington Energy Service. Based on this call today, I would not recommend Washington Energy Service. Too Bad they once were very good.

Over the last few years, we have purchased many windows and doors from this company, including cutting and framing custom windows in our home. The products are good quality for a good price, and the company ensures the job is done to our satisfaction. We've had a few different installers, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Jerry and Austin, who did a great job of putting in our custom windows. Jerry is the lead craftsman and is highly skilled, with a high level of integrity and high standard of quality. Make sure to treat him well, WES!

These guys tried to scam us for lack of better words. Being a new home owner, i have scheduled an appointment for furnace and AC maintenance. After messing with the furnace for a while they informed us that there are extremely high CO levels coming out of furnace and the vents and told us that they shut the heater off and proposed to replace the furnace. Also started talking about giving a quote. They charged full price for service and left with a quote to replace the furnace. As furnace was not that old i reached out to other company for a second opinion and they came in and confirmed there is absolutely nothing wrong and no CO detected. When called their response was "ohh my CO detector might be wrong, i need to get a new one, we don't get combustion analyzers to confirm accurately like the other company". For asking customer to spend 8000$ this seemed either irresponsible or intention to just scam. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Although Bryan arrived earlier than our original scheduled afternoon time, but he did provide high quality services, and our heat was restored quickly. We're very satisfied!

The only company we trust. Our first furnace lasted 25 years and still working but decided to retire it 😄 From Kevin, the Project Advisor, to the installers, electrician, to the test technician, everyone were professional, courteous, very detailed and efficient. Excellent Customer Service, you get emails and calls to follow up on each service. Even the city inspector said they did a good job!
My husband and I are very satisfied! Highly recommendable.

-- Edit: Craig's response about WES being in contact with me to resolve the issue is stretching the truth to put things mildly. Their idea of attempting to find a resolution was Charles calling me, telling me they can't install until September 25th and gave me either the option to wait until then or be refunded my initial deposit. After hearing every excuse contradicting with his initial sales pitch, I had no option but to take the refund and write this review. No other attempts were made to find an amicable solution.

Don't waste your time with these folks. Their salesperson Charles will promise you the world to get you to sign and then fail to follow through.

I signed a contract on 3/26 for a 3 zone setup and paid a $5000 deposit, while making it abundantly clear that I want this installed before the next heatwave. Charles told me that they're scheduling for end of June, supply chains wouldn't be an issue, and that the real bottleneck lies with the Seattle permitting process. (Did my research and found it only takes the city 3 weeks to process & approve a permit, they also had permits approved in my building a few weeks prior to my appointment).

Charles was optimistic about their past experience in our building, and how they'd be able to install a 3 zone in my apartment. I asked him about the parts that seemed tricky (plumbing behind kitchen cabinets), but he said that it wouldn't be an issue at all. I signed the contract, paid $5000 and only after that he told me that they'll need to send an engineer out to see if it's possible to install a 3 zone. He told me he'd expedite it and the engineer would come around ASAP.

A week later still with nothing scheduled, and I get a mail from WES saying that due to supply constraints they won't be able to schedule installs in advance, but need to do JIT scheduling. I called them up asking where the engineer was, and it turns out he's on holidays for another few weeks. I tried to cancel my contract because I signed for a 3 zone AC to be installed in July, and at this stage they couldn't guarantee me a July install or a 3 zone AC.

Charles emailed the engineer a video of our house, and lo and behold the engineer said that installing a 3 zone would be more trouble than it's worth. He talked me into signing a single zone, and I gave him the benefit of the doubt and trust that he'll be able to get this installed for summer.

June comes, and they incorrectly filed the permits for a 3 zone AC instead of a 1 zone. When it came to scheduling on June 23rd, it turns out only 2 people were qualified to install in my building and installation would only be possible on the 25th of September, 9 months after I signed. Charles previously worked with other units in my building, and should have been well aware of these constraints.

He apologized for the install being delayed until autumn and gave me the option to cancel the contract. I essentially just gave them a $5000 interest free loan and they left me without AC for another summer.

Washington Energy Services is by far the most honest, efficient and professional companies around. We had a new hot water heater and a new A/C installed into an existing central heating/duct system and a split on the third floor. Prices beat the competition, a full crew executed on time, and even though a few adjustments were needed from estimate to execution (product placement, not cost) everything was perfect. I also had to call back for a few simple items and they were there in hours not days. We are considering using them for new windows as well, very good company to work with. Great teams.
