I’ve just completed an extensive sewer repair job at my residence that extended over a week period. During the project, I had multiple interactions with members of the All Hours Team. Every single encounter, from phone response, communications, and individuals, has been refreshingly professional, prompt, respectful, and courteous. Additionally, I really appreciated each persons cleanliness and attention to COVID precautions.

I want to specifically mention plumber Cruz Soto. Cruz addressed two separate evening plumbing emergencies. He clearly cares about serving people! His communication skills parallel his plumbing expertise. Cruz, I want you to know, my whole family really appreciates how you supported us during such a stressful time. Thank you!

After the plumbing emergencies, and the identification of the repairs need, I worked with the “dig team” lead by Tyson. Wow! These men worked so efficiently and impressively. What an experienced and excellent team ( Tyson, Bret, and Jake).Tyson and Bret were so attentive to every question and difficulty that arose secondary to managing the residence with a special needs senior with dementia. All three of these men were wonderful to work with. Clint, Todd, and Brandon also came to help. Although I didn’t interact as much with them, I could see how well the whole team worked together. Every one of them conveyed how much pride they take in their work and hearing them interact so positively with one another shows they are a true team.

After completion of the dig, the team took care to restore the integrity of the site. It was hardly noticeable that there had been an 8 foot hole, and heavy equipment on the lawn. Amazing!

To the owner of this business: Every single employee spoke highly of their job and employer. This means you take care of your employees! You have a very fine team working for you and representing your business.

We had a water heater replaced. The service repairman was nice and respectful. The work looks good except we were told that we would get a new water overflow pan and we did not get a new one, which is a concern because the old one has a leak. We were also told that it would have an earthquake strap and it does not. One last thing that we were told was that the gas pipe would be run to the side of the heater and it was placed in front of it. The gas pipe is where we would not be able to replace the water heater in the future without professional help. They did repair a pipe with no extra charge. Overall good work we just did not receive what we were promised and what was asked for.

Not to be dramatic, but the people that work at All Hours Plumbing have restored my faith in humanity. From the customer service advisor, Tyler on my first call with them who sat on the phone with me for over 20 minutes trying to help me, to Troy coming to my house 3 different times to fix the issue. Even Tyson went above and beyond to help me in a nightmare landlord situation. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and do honest work. In a time where I have felt completely hopeless with the sewer flooding the basement and getting no help from the rental company, All Hours Plumbing and their plumbers seriously did everything they could to give me a working sewer. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!!

The receptionist was extremely short with me when I called to schedule a plumber and HVAC. She said the realtor or the homeowner had to schedule even tho I was calling for an inspection on a house I’m under contract for. When I asked her the price of an inspection she talked in circles until she finally said it would be $59 for an inspection for both HVAC and plumbing. Which I thought was a great deal. I called right back with the realtor and all of a sudden the price went up to upwards of $700. I recommend calling someone else if your looking for a professional inspection.

All hours plumbing was able to get a tech to look at my furnace the same day, & time that worked for me.
The two techs that came out Greg & Teasha both very knowledgeable, helpful, & explained everything that they did & what was going on with my furnace, different options I should think about since my furnace is getting old.. I would definitely recommend this company for serving your home maintenance needs..

Troy Turner was great. The office sent him to my home within one hour of my phone call. The next day he came to my house on his day off to follow up with the plumbing problem. Truly went above and beyond!

Alejandro was professional, prompt, conscientious and thoughtful. And was happy to answer questions related to what he was doing, why there was a problem and what caused the problem. He left the place very clean... probably cleaner than when he arrived. I would use All Hours again. I highly recommend.

This is the first time using this company. They were up front with the costs. Spent a good time going over options to find the best fit. They had the old furnace installed in just under four hours. The cost was also perfect. Also their Tech said this is the best company they have ever worked for. They treat their employees and customers with fairness and respect. Highly recommend this company.

Installed a new water softener. Christian Tronier was an excellent technician. Professional, friendly and competent. He answered all my questions without using over technical terms. I'll be using this company again.

We used All hour plumbing last night. They were quick to help us and sent someone very fast. Kutler was here an hour after we called. He was able to quikly fix our problem. He was very professional and friendly. The other 24 hour company we called told us Monday would be the soonest.
