S.O.S Heating & Cooling

I called SOS over a holiday weekend when my A/C went out. They had someone there within a few hours to get everything back up and running. The tech they sent out was so knowledgeable and explained everything he was checking and doing very well. 10/10 would recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the service we've received from SOS over the past few months. When we found out we needed our furnace replaced earlier this year they were able to complete the install within a matter of hours. Unfortunately, due to our ductwork, the new furnace ended up quite noisy and a few months later we reached out to see if they could help us mitigate the problem. John was excellent and worked diligently to help find a solution and was even able to squeeze us into their schedule the next day as we had a tenant moving in the end of the week. We can’t say enough good things about the SOS team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Quality, service, timeliness all outstanding. Beyond that they also excused an error that was clearly my fault without any penalty or charge. John for sales, and Kolbe and Mason for the installation were excellent. I highly recommend them.

This is a great company that you will enjoy doing business with! My old furnace failed one cold morning, by noon John came, found 2 things that had failed, & showed me. Furnaces are in stock so the next day they replaced mine before noon & showed me what I need to know. Great work!

Had a great experience with getting a new air conditioner with S.O.S. My A/C going down wasn't something I was planning on or wanted, but I felt confident with S.O.S being the best priced option available. Communication was very clear, appointments were kept timely, and interactions were professional. I appreciate everything Cory, Kolbe, and Mason did, even working through a sudden rainstorm to make sure the unit was installed correctly. I hope to not have A/C problems for a while, but would highly recommend S.O.S to anyone who is.

Unfortunately we needed a whole new unit this time. They were more than helpful with financing options, and had employees here to install a new unit only a hour after diagnosing the problem. Employees were respectful, personable and clean. Outcome perfect. Not one thing they could have done better. Thanks for saving the day once again!

This is the company to hire for all things HVAC! They're locally owned and they take great care of their customers. During the planning process, Bryson explained all the options in great detail and made himself available anytime I had follow-up questions. Paul did a fantastic job installing everything and he was also very patient with me throughout each of my questions and requests. I got estimates from many other companies in the area, and I didn't feel like any of them really cared about taking care of me, it just felt like they wanted to make a sale. But S.O.S. is different, they really want to provide high-quality service.

My cousin recommended this company and I’m so glad she did. My AC went out and they were here pretty much right away. Cory went above and beyond trying to fix it, but in the end, I did end up needing a new one. The crew — Mayson, Kolbe, and Kaden—installed it for me the next day and they were careful, courteous and tidy. They did a wonderful job, and the new AC is amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Such amazing service. Kolbe and Mayson were the technicians and they were professional, and patient (followed around by my 4 year old the entire time), the install was quick and they left the area clean and made sure to teach me and answer any questions I had. Shout out to John, he came to do the initial quotes, and helped me through the financing process. Such amazing customer service and they were so accommodating to my needs.
