Randy and Zack were fantastic to work with. They are honest and really want you comfortable with everything they do. They did an awesome job with the furnace check up. I highly recommend them. The owners were really nice and helpful as well. Randy responds really quickly and is super easy to communicate with. I highly recommend.

My AC stopped working and was blowing hot air. I went with another company first to get a price estimate and they gave me a price estimate of $1700-$2600 for the repair. That seemed very high so I got another price quote. I was quoted much less by SOS for the repair and went with them. They looked again and found that it was a minor fix. Thank you SOS and Randy for not overcharging and for being an honest local company!

Was able to schedule and have work done on our system within 3 days. John came out and address the issues we had on our system and had it cleaned up and back up and running like new within a few hours.

These guys are awesome. They went way above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys.

My furnace went out at 11pm a couple of days ago. Called a number of "emergency" hvac contractors but Randy of SOS was the only one that would come out to try and fix my furnace that night. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely professional, diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace. In short, Randy absolutely bailed me out of a dire situation. Randy and SOS have earned my future business.

Bryson and his crew were super fast and very professional. They came out the day I requested service, got my old AC back up and running, and then explained our replacement options. We decided to get a whole new AC and they came back and installed it the same day. They gave us a deal because we did our furnace replacement with S.O.S. a couple years ago. They really are awesome and we highly recommend!

Bryson and his crew were amazing! They bid the job and told me all my options, gave me quotes on the prices so I could decide what I wanted to do, they were not pushy at all. I was at work and I let them in my condo but the time I got home the AC/Heater had been installed and the condo was nice and cool. The updates they gave were prompt and accurate! Kolbe and Pj ( I think those were their names) did an amazing job and were so fast to install a new unit in home. They were so fast to respond and get everything done for my family. John was also very helpful getting things set up for the installers and talked me through the prices and what things would look like.
