Randy from SOS was early and did a great job with the maintenance on my furnace. I decide to go with a yearly maintenance on my heating and air condition since they were so amazing! Thank you for your excellent work!

Bryson was early and super responsive. We found the problem with our ac was bigger than originally planned and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. I would have paid 3 times as much for the quality of service I received. These guys are truly the best

I will never use anyone else. John was friendly, patient, informative. Write up 3 different options before he completed work so I knew what I was looking at cost-wise before I made any decisions. Best service experience I have ever had.

Randy did a fantastic job not only was he on time friendly professional and personable but he saved my family from a very cold winter. No time during his visit here did I feel uncomfortable. Nor did Randy at any point make me feel like he was going to overcharge me for any of the services performed. He was also very informational he explained everything as he was doing it so I had a full understanding of what was wrong and how it would have to be fixed. He was very friendly to my two very friendly black labs. And carried no judgment for my slightly messy house. I would 100% recommend SOS again tell anybody who might need HVAC services. And I would 100% use them again myself.

We had a wonderful experience working with S.O.S Heating and Cooling. Our first interactions with John, who came to assess our heating needs, were fantastic. He was professional, thorough, and kind. He explained things clearly and followed up with our additional questions in a quick manner. The team who installed the heater, including PJ and Colby were fantastic. They were knowledgable, extremely professional and cleaned up very well afterwards. We would absolutely recommend this company to our friends and family.

Jaden, with S.O.S. is fantastic. He is professional and knowledgeable in addition to being a great communicator/personable. His attention to detail was top-notch. He clearly cares about doing a great job. We so appreciated him making sure everything was running right and explaining the ins and outs of our furnace and air conditioner.

SOS scheduled and installed a new air conditioning unit quickly and professionally. They scheduled in a couple of days during a heat wave. Colby and PJ were excellent technicians, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There was a minor issue with the pump, and they were at my house first thing in the morning. Thank you Colby and PJ, I’d recommend SOS to anyone wanting quick professional service.

My central HVAC fan motor bound up and rendered itself useless. I contacted SOS and was given a time of arrival about 1hr after I contacted them. Randy showed up shortly after ready to troubleshoot and repair my system. He verified that the only issue was the blower motor, ordered a replacement part, and installed it quickly. He is/was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. After he fixed the unit, he made sure it functioned properly in all settings, and cleaned up the area he worked in. 5/5 would recommend. We all dislike having to spend money to repair expensive parts and appliances, but he made it less painful. If I have another HVAC issue, I'd contact SOS and ask for Randy.

It’s the first real week of spring. The temperature outside is increasing, A/C is as important as ever. We go to turn it on in one of our rental units and BAM… the outside fan doesn’t work. After a late night run to home depot and a morning full of trial and error my wife and I decided to throw in the towel and call SOS.

Within an hour Randy showed up to the house and got us back up and running in less than 30 minutes! We were extremely impressed with Randy’s knowledge and professionalism. He answered all of our questions and provided great tips and tricks. We couldn’t be anymore satisfied. Randy is the man. He did an excellent job.
