The only good thing and why this company is getting one star is because of Thor. Thor is a great guy he's very professional and hard-working and honest. Thor deserves a five-star review. But this is for the overall company. Stay far away from this company. They are the worst. They left a mess they did not put my grass back down where they trenched. I just have a spot of dirt and weeds and rocks. I had to wait over 2 months for them to come back and repair the damage they made to my house. They fell through my ceiling and left a mess. The trampled all over my flowers killing them in my yard . They also left their garbage everywhere such a soda cans and wrappers from food . They are very unresponsive they do not know how to communicate. I was waiting for a drywaller to come repair sheetrock damage. They never once called to check in or update me . They ended up sending out the electrician to do sheetrock repair. Now I have to spend extra money out of my pocket to paint where their guy fell through my ceiling in a few spots. They also left the old wires exposed in my basement as well as out in the yard from the city and they had to come back for that. I can't even count how many times they've been to my house. I would never recommend this company. I would recommend Thor a thousand times.

I would not recommend this company. I have dealt with every department. Overall they lack great customer service, good communication skills, and honesty. I had to request supervisors and managers to fix the problems caused by other employees. Their dispatch doesn't call before a job majority of the time they just showed up. I talked to the supervisor over dispatch and they said they would fix it and never did. They double charged me on my card and on a loan and I had to fight to get that fixed. They put charges on the electrical order/estimate twice as well as items that were not needed which I caught and had to fight to get that refunded. Definitely make sure you go through the estimates with a toothpick, I also had to ask several times for the estimates to be sent to me as they would
Not doing without me requesting it. They had employees show up at my home that didn't actually do the work they said they were doing, or break things, that the supervisors/managers then had to redo or actually do. Many of them also would leave messes they created and not clean it up unless requested. They tore off part of my stairs twice that I had them send out a subcontractor to fix because of their carelessness.
They have a few good employees/management, these guys were great to work with and saved the company. These guys are the only reason they get a 3 star. Joel and Deven in furnace tune up, Jake, Xavier, and Toni in plumbing, Thore and Walter in electrical.

I had a major ongoing plumbing problem and Austin was very professional courteous patient and efficient. I've had numerous plumbers come out to fix the same problem and none of them took the time to find out what was really wrong but Austin not only found the problem he did a great job in fixing it! I am so thankful to have found Action Plumbing because they saved me from alot of future headaches stress and money. I highly recommend Action especially Austin because he will get the job done right! Thank you for a great job!

Joel was amazing. He was very truthful and informative. He explained my opinions, pricing and warranty. He also explained it to my hubby on the phone since he wasn’t home. Highly recommend Joel and Action! They were even able to replace my system same day.

We recently had a new AC and furnace installed. They came back with a great price and we felt excited to go with them. At the end of all this we are so disappointed at their work. First, Jim is similar to a used car salesman. He will respond immediately to your needs until you pay them, and then he stops being responsive. When we called to get the vents fixed that they messed up he told us he would send a manager out to take a look and that appointment, it turns out, was never scheduled, so then we had to wait and make an appointment again. Then, when someone finally showed up to fix the vents (a week later) they didn’t fix it at all. It looks exactly the same. They drilled holes in our wall for no reason so we have 2 holes in our wall that literally have no reason for being there. They are still there. My partner will be posting the pics they took in another review. Also, they messed up the trim horribly and couldn’t even measure the vent size. It was the most poor looking job I’ve ever seen. All of them are pretty incompetent. Don’t waste your time with them. Find another company to use and save your money for people who actually do a job that’s worth what you pay for. The AC works but I’m not even sure that was done correctly knowing what they did to our walls around the vents. I never leave reviews but it would be an injustice not to. Jim also said that he would add in a membership for us in our final invoice since we paid cash for their services and he couldn’t even do that. We had to call and make that correction, which thankfully they were able to resolve it for us. Make sure everything is correct on paper before they leave if you are going to use them and good luck dealing with them. They are not trustworthy.

Jim was great. Our issue with our AC was worse than we thought and we ended up needing the whole thing replaced, but he was up front about the pros and cons to all our options, the costs for everything, and showed us the issues. He also was able to come out quicker than any other company was going to be able to and get the install people out the same day!

Aaron came out next day and within the quoted time frame. He spent quite some time explaining my problem and what the solution is. He was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me suggestions for continued plumbing care and was friendly to talk to. While I did not elect to have the service he suggested performed right then and there, I am highly considering it for next week! I recommend Action Plumbing.

Joel was great servicing our A/C unit and was fast and careful with his work!! Appreciate his work!
Update my review after the work was done my A/C did not work. Nobody has come by and its Saturday 7/1/23 almost 11pm NO A/C as of yet fixed.
Its not great because we have 2 kids and the heat is crazy inside.

Initially I was negotiating the cost to have a repair completed, rather than write a review. However; our family believes in humanity and doing what's morally right.

This is to make you AWARE of our families personal experience last week. Only in the attempt to help others so you hopefully don't have to experience unnecessary worry and stress like our family did. Thank goodness we meet as a family before having an expensive repair done $$

Please make an informed decision BEFORE SIGNING or committing to anything (this goes with anything). Obtaining 2 or 3 different free quotes is ideal!!

I want to believe employee "R" was just having a bad week?! As mentioned previously, I do hope you humble yourself from this experience and learn doing what's morally right is more important than making $$. (Sorry about my F bombs on our call, I was upset, that my Dad was upset).

Office management was professional, calm and took the time to attempt a resolution.

However, at the end of the day the SALES department needs ethics training and potentially a new commissions structure that won't exploit the VULNERABLE financially in an already stressful situation.

I wish this company, it's employees and customers the best.
