So thankful for Alex and Blaine for getting our drains back to flowing! After camping for 2 weeks, the laundry was piled up and wasn’t able to do anything until they fixed our problem. Great service!

Action helped me elderly father replace his 17 year old heater. We had gotten quotes from other companies but action had the best prices and availability. They got the work done quickly and it’s great quality!

The service from Joel and Alex today has been fantastic. They were both very knowledgeable without being pushy on possible repairs. Less than 30 minutes. System is new, was a simple tune-up which required the technician to simply look at the furnace and a/c compressor. Spent time trying to sale me up grades to my system.

Every time they come out to do the yearly inspection on the heating/air conditioner unit they installed in 2018, they always find some big expensive things that need to be fixed or replaced. The last time they were here they tried to tell me that I was losing freon and it could be from the copper tubing that was installed when the house was built. I proceeded to tell him that this house had a swamp cooler when this house was built and that Action had installed my air conditioning unit in 2018. He then backpedaled and said “OH ……. well it could have gotten a pin sized hole in it for some reason since then.” They could put in a dye with some sealant in it to plug up any pin sized hole, and they needed to replace plastic caps with brass caps and put in more freon. I’d be better off replacing the whole unit for everything they continually find …… every time they come out. If I didn’t have a warranty on the furnace I would have some other company come out to do my service.

Joel came out when he was supposed to be off and he was awesome! So kind and very professional. We appreciate that he took time out of not only a very busy day but out of his time off to make sure our AC got fixed!

Eric did a fantastic job today installing 2 of our toilets that have recently broke down, he was a super professional and a super friendly guy! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any services related to house utilities. Great job!
