Manwill Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had Manwill replace our leaking hot water heater’s. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. From the estimate process to the installation. Scheduling the work was easy but with the “new normal” the replacement was scheduled out a bit. This was not a problem but something to remember the reputable service people are very busy.
The replacement went flawlessly. Kris and Kyle communicated well, arrived at the scheduled time, we’re very considerate of our home, and did a great job, even cleaning up some sketchy work done by a previous company.
I am very adamant about quality workmanship and would recommend Manwill to others.

We found a leaking saddle valve in our basement today (New Years Eve). It was spraying in several directions and had already damaged some sheetrock. I called Manwill and in less than an hour Kris (Chris?) returned my call. 25 minutes later Kris was at our house and 30 minutes after that the repair was completed. Kris was very professional and super nice. This repair was expensive for the amount of time spent (and small amount of materials needed) but in this case I think the convenience of having it fixed immediately was worth the price.

My parents started buying rental properties in 1973. Whenever we have a plumbing or HVAC issue, the only name we have used is Manwill. I know that they have lots of competition out there, but since I began managing our 17 rental properties fifteen years ago, there is still only one contact for plumbers in my phone. Their work is excellent, their prices are fair, (you get what you pay for) and when they put their sticker on a new furnace or water heater, my problem is solved. On top of that, they are just nice, easy to work with and very dependable. Great company.

After having several bad experiences with one of the major plumbing and heating companies here in the Salt Lake Valley, it was such a relief to have Manwill Plumbing and Heating do our plumbing work. So far they have installed a new faucet, installed a new water pressure regulator, replaced a toilet, and replaced the sacrificial anode in our water heater. Tom Abramson at Manwill is the plumber who did all these jobs and he did a great job. I would recommend Tom and Manwill to anyone needing excellent work at a fair price.

These guys are good. It was not easy finding a reliable full-service heating and plumbing place after we bought our home, and I went through a bunch of places before calling Manwill. Now I've been with them for close to 14 years for whatever has come up - heating, cooling, water, etc. - and appreciate their speed, reliability and high quality. It's good to feel in safe hands as a homeowner.

We had new faucet handles installed in one of our bathrooms. They had to send away for them. They were smaller than I like. The only thing I didn't like is the cost was too high. But it seems like all plumbers are high. Manwill installed our new furnace and cental air 12 years ago and we were very happy with their service.

Commercial:
They’ve serviced our business for years. Installed a shop heater and a new office furnace this year. Excellent service. So Good in fact I had them come out to our residence to give me a bid on adding heat tape and additional insulation in my garage where the water tended to freeze up. Long Story. Am waiting for that project to begin, but I recommend this company for all that they do!!!
