I worked here at one time. The company underpays it's employees and so the product ordered isn't as carefully handled as it could be if the employees had higher morale and better pay. They do offer scratch and dent items at a slight discount, and they have slightly higher prices than other companies. This was just one branch, and I was told more than several times this was the hardest branch to work at, and other branches have a different environment, so hopefully my experience is different than what other employees received.

Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Haven't had a problem with parts. Everything I've ordered has been there at the time they said it should be, and fit like it should have.

They are usually pretty fast. They are typically well stocked. I've had plenty of good interactions. A few bad namely them not ever re-imbursing me on crane fees when they delivered the wrong equipments (208/230 single phase instead of the 3 phase equipment I ordered) which I was told I would be but three years later I've never seen the money. My other complaint is they sell modulating/variable speed heat pumps but offer no dealer training and the tech support I've received after spending 20k on two dual fuel systems has pretty much amounted to RTFM .

Sad to say this place and their customer service has gone extremely downhill. By far the worst customer service. One you can't even call to tell us if the part came in or not. The receptionist is worthless answer the phone and tells you if you're trying to call orem hang up and call them. Um no I called your store slc. Ask to talk to the counter or if she can help me to see if a part has come that I ordered. A simple yes or no answer. But get you have to talk to counter. Then you sit on hold for 20+ minutes but in the mean time you get the receptionist keeps picking up the line to see if your still there; but doesn't even let you know if they are free. Then you hit that 27 minute mark and they hang up on you. Oh and after an hour and half of saying I only need a yes or no. Finally the receptionist looks it up. 9 calls later and multiple non replys

Unhelpful and take forever to answer the phone. They do not sale direct to homeowners either, and it doesn’t say this on any of their socials or websites. New ownership doesn’t always mean a better company. Update your information and hire people that know what they are doing.

Great A/C Store with enormous amounts of products and solutions, even for mobile homes. Personally I love the reliability of all the United Technologies products Payne, Bryant and Carrier
They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff at the counter sales and very attentive and friendly cashiers.

These guys treat you good and do there best. In this industry sometimes things don't work out. Parts aren't available or something goes wrong, but with these guys they always put there best foot forward no matter what happens.
