Jake did a great job. He was so thoughtful of my elderly parents and very thorough. He tried several ways to fix the problem and was able to get the sink unclogged with no additional fees. Thank you for your time!

I didn't end up using these guys because we found another way to fix the issue. However, that being said, I loved working with these guys and Specifically Aaron! There ended up being an issue with the appointment and even though they were going to be late, they kept me updated and we're in constant contact. Also, Aaron was nice enough to travel a great distance in order to keep the appointment and when he arrived continued to be friendly and very professional. I had several companies come out and most of them took 5 minutes to assess the problem, but what I loved most about Aaron is he took his time and looked from every angle to assess the problem and give me all my best options. If we hadn't had come up with a different solution I would have easily gone with Aaron's bid. Highly recommend!

This company is dishonest and I would not recommend to anyone. I had them come out because my two year old furnace was short cycling. They came out and did diagnostics and said the issue was the ignitor. We ordered the part, and two months later they came out and replaced it. I noticed the short cycling was still occurring, so I called and they came out and said actually the issue was that I needed a brand new furnace. I told them I didn't understand because they said it was a new furnace when we got the home, they said there was no way it was new and that I needed a new furnace or I would die of carbon monoxide poisoning. We felt weird about it and told them we couldn't. They started heavily pressuring us and when I flat out said no and it was just uncomfortable the technician turns to my wife and says are you comfortable knowing you might die. My wife also said no and they left. I just had someone else come out and look to see if we needed a new furnace and he was appalled as I showed him invoices and estimates of all the stuff they pushed to sell me. He said I needed to talk to them and tell them they had a technician do what he did. I called and the receptionist said well you didn't buy the new furnace and a/c, so I don't see any issues.

Jake arrived and explained what he was going to do, gave a a quote and within a hour fixed our plumbing problem. He was very friendly and courteous. We appreciate having a plumber come and solve our issues on a Sunday night late evening.

After wanting 3500 for a water heater that cost 800 plus install, I said no thanks. The tech told me I better go ask my wife. I don’t have one. Then asked if I needed his address so me and my kids can shower at his house. Replaced myself in a couple hours and saved thousands.

We love Action and have used them several times over the years. On this visit, Alex was great! He was friendly and professional. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one. We received an estimate of services before he started which was appreciated. He kept us updated through each step and explained everything when finished. We have referred several people to action and will continue to do so!

I'm very unhappy. The technician was great but feel there business is a bit shady. We just got a new furnace and air conditioning unit late summer 2021. We have out for routine maintenance and of course they find problems. Of course none covered by the company even though in warranty. I used to have a maintenance agreement on old ac. Not once did they mention an acid bath. And the capacitor on my old unit never failed it was the compressor. Brand new unit and capacitor is failing but not covered by warranty. And this unit less than 2 years old needs an acid bath. Seems a bit shady. I will not do business with them anymore as everytime they come out it costs me hundreds of dollars.

We have been customers of Action Plumbing for years. We use them for our furnace and A/C systems and have never been disappointed. Joel was our technician today for our A/C tune up. Upon looking at our system he recommended a couple of items that should be fixed in order for our unit to be fully functional especially with the summer season coming up. Joel was really friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the services we needed quickly. Definitely recommend Action!

Austin was fantastic, professional, and informative! Our water heater went out last night, and he came next day to check it out and give an estimate. They have great financing options and were able to fix it the same day and I am so grateful for that! Definitely recommend this company! It was the only company able to come out within 24 hours!

Devan fixed a couple parts in our A/C system to ensure that things will continue to be working well for us this summer. He was kind, personable, and efficient. Action has always been good to work with and has done quite a few jobs for us over the years! Thanks for another job well done!
