Bronte was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable about the furnace. He searched out the problem, ordered a new motor overnight and was concerned about our welfare. He came back the next day and put in the motor and made sure that it was working correctly. He took the time to explain what was happening. We were so blessed to have him help us with our furnace problem.

Tony was extremely professional, courteous and was sooooo sweet! Explained everything with my dumb questions and made sure he did all he could! HIGHLY recommend him and will request him for any further needs!

We use this company for our AC repairs and they are really awesome. We have AC issues pretty constantly at our community so I call consistently. They are always quick to respond and work with our schedule. The ladies who do the scheduling are super helpful, friendly, and take the time to get information I need from every visit. Sam is often the person to help me on the phone and she gives such amazing customer service. I really appreciate you making each experience easy and pain free. ( As pain free as possible considering )

I've dealt with many HVAC companies the last 10 years as a maintenance manager. FSM by far beats everyone else. Honest, reliable, dependable. They explain the issues and how it will be repaired. Patrick showed up on time and despite miscommunication on his work order for our building he remained kind and professional while I explained everything that needed to be done. Patrick went above and beyond with his customer service delivering outstanding, thorough service and providing all the help I needed with our A/C units and politely answering all of my questions. John at First Service Mechanical is the best. He is timely, responsive, does excellent work, takes time to explain the details, and does little extra things that only he would think of. He recently saved us big bucks by recommending a repair instead of replacement that had been suggested by another company. I couldn’t be happier with John’s very professional work and interaction.

FSM has been the most fair and honest HVAC company I have ever used. They consistently show up professional and in a timely manner. I have never experienced FSM trying to upswell me on anything. I would recommend FSM to anyone who doesn’t want to wait forever to be serviced and for fair pricing.
