Ru away, dont walk. They ask for stars and money before the work is done (citing a work competition and policy). They destroyed the wall by not using a ruler or cutting strait edges, and drilling holes all over the place, then they come back and fill the holes with epoxy that goes on white, then dries clear. Alex did a great job and fixed a major leak on our kitchen sink main drain line. He even fixed the way my kitchen sink was plumbed and made it so much better. I have fought the plumbing underneath my kitchen sink ever since I bought this house. He even kept me updated throughout the repair. He was great!

Joel also came out today and looked my AC unit over before the summer starts. He found my coils outside to be dirty, so he scrubbed and cleaned them, and then found an issue with some sheet metal pulling away down on the main unit that was causing a massive amount of air to leak out. He and Alex were great and professional and now my AC unit is all ready for the summer, and my kitchen sink drain is fixed right.

I have been very impressed with Action Plumbing today. Would I call them again, absolutely!

Today I had a other plumbing issue and needed my toilet reset. Aaron came out and was fast and professional and did a great job!

Alex and Blain were absolutely amazing. They were here at the early end of the time slot I provided. Very nice and professional and informative. Alex gave me a couple situations saying it was most likely the worst case scenario situation but he would try a few things first. The first thing he tried miraculously worked and he got my clogged main drain fixed and draining again in a matter of seconds. I would highly recommend this company, especially Alex and Blain, to anybody in the salt lake valley looking for help with any sort of plumbing problem.

My A/C failed at the beginning of the season. I called Action and Jim Smith came out at a convenient time. We discussed several options and decided to replace the 30 year old unit. The price was fair and the work was completed the next day. The installation solved several other issues in my HVAC. The service was performed well and the communication was good. I appreciate Jim’s care and concern.

We had a leak under a sink for quite some time. Aaron came in and was very helpful, he saw the problem helped us with it and also did a sweep of the house to make sure there was no other problems. He was very informative and gave a lot of great advice to make sure we keep things running how they should be. He was professional, on time and made sure we were taken care of. We would recommend using Action plumbing, heating, air and electric. We will definitely use them again.

We called and asked for a plumber to come help clear a drain because we had a coupon for a $33 drain clean. I figured we’d be met with some sort of upwelling tactics. What we were presented with was a $1200 “offer” to water jet clean the drain. We were told ABS pipe isn’t “designed” for normal snakes and although they would snake the line for close to $300 they wouldn’t recommend it.

I kicked these two “sales men” out of my house and will never call this company again.

I bought a snake, pipe camera, and water jet host to connect to my pressure washer for under $200.

Giving two stars because I usually ignore the 1 star reviews when reading others reviews.

We need our main sewer line replaced, and Ricardo was very thorough in his evaluation of the project we need to have done. He took time to explain every option available to us and the pros and cons of each option. Felt very comfortable having him in our home to provide us a bid. Look forward to working with them.

this company is a joke. they quoted me $1400 to replace my main water regulator in my house.. I got a quote from four other plumbers for the same job and the highest quote was $555. they charged my wife the $1400 before the work was even done and I have been fighting with the company for three weeks now to get a refund. they keep promising me. I will see you in a couple of days and then I never see it and every time I called them they say they will call me back and never do. Please don’t anyone ever use this company they are a rip off and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

Jim is such a professional, he can in and made time to make my dogs comfortable. He then took me to my furnace and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and an outstanding technician. I trust that he will get my house up and running very soon.

After trying another company for a basement toilet job and having an extremely unpleasant experience, we switched to action and Aaron worked with us. He was very pleasant and professional and got the job done cheaper than the other guys quoted me for! Would highly recommend. Thanks Aaron for the great work and professional service you provided!
