Joel came out to look at our AC unit because it doesn't seem to be working properly and he was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be upgraded and helping us set up a finance plan.

We got Jim checking our AC system today. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable, he is also super cordial and professional. He is a great representation for Action which already has a good reputation. Thank you

Found Action Plumbing Heating Air & Electric in The Home Mag and called to schedule a maintenance. Within a short time, Joel and Casey came out and did a thorough inspection of our a/c and gave us an offer we could not refuse on cleaning, servicing and replacing parts on our a/c. Great team, great customer service. Definitely will give this team a call for service in the future.

we had to get a whole new meter & panel for our house. complete upgrade. Brynn & his team was able to do it within 2 days for us. They were able to explain how the new outlets & help us to understand what went wrong in our previous lighting. Thank You!

I can’t rate how the job was completed as requested. They came out, Dug a hole in my lawn About 3 weeks ago fixed my sewer line. In the process they damaged the soffit and my gutter of my roof hitting it with backhoe. They left a tree and my hedges strewn across my front lawn. 8" deep tracks in my lawn from the backhoe. The city came out and inspected about two weeks. The guys came back and filled the hole partially, left a pile of dirt next to it and left. The day before that I talked to William who assured me the roof, the lawn, the gutter would all be fixed. The lawn would be leveled and sod laid. The trees and bushes hauled off. Since then, about two weeks now, no one has called, been by, nothing. I'm guessing since they are already paid in full I'm an after thought. At this point I'm so stressed to the point of being physically ill I'm giving them another week to at least contact me and if not will be contacting channel 13 news and an attorney. To say I’m dissatisfied is the understatement of the decade. When I talked to William he was very nice and assuring but I would say now that talk is cheap. I paid $8000 for this and they no doubt did several thousand damage to my house and property.
