John and Tony are amazing! They did what five other companies were unable to do. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a buried sprinkler valve box in my lawn. Five different companies have tried to find it, with no success, but they all still charged me- with no result. John and Tony came to fix a refrigerator plumbing issue (which was not a simple fix and they did an amazing job)- and John noticed my dying lawn and asked if he could help. I explained the problem - and he walked around my lawn, looked ant my system and estimated exactly where the box would be. They came back the next day - and he was right!! It was exactly where he said it would be! He’s amazing! They were able to fix the problem and start up my sprinkler system and it’s running perfectly. They saved me SO much time and money and frustration! I will hire them again and again and be totally confident I am getting the highest level of expertise and the best quality of service.

Our AC went out and needed it fixed ASAP due to having two very small children and our house being too hot for them. They made it over same day and got it back up and running in no time without any up-selling or the typical “you don’t know anything” attitude. Our AC stopped working. They came out the same day, told us that our coils were frozen and we needed to let them thaw before they could diagnose. They charged us $170 for a "diagnosis". Prior to the appointment, we were never informed us that we would be charged a diagnosis fee. They then wanted to charge us AGAIN when they came out the second time after the coils defrosted.

They said everything was really dirty and they couldn't diagnose anything until it was cleaned. They charged us $678 to clean the stuff, but afterward, the problem didn't have ANYTHING to do with cleaning and could have been diagnosed without the cleaning.

Upon receiving a second opinion from another company, it became clear that their "cleaning" actually caused damage to the fins within our AC unit, which would have resulted in a really steep electricity bill.

They also said they couldn't tell where our refrigerant leak was unless we did a $2000 dye test, but the other company was able to detect the leak immediately.

Basically, we threw away $800 with this company. They seem like a company that just keeps adding pointless things on to the bill instead of figuring out what's actually wrong. Very disappointed.

Chris and Chris Jr. came out to fix my issue so promptly and then returned promptly the next day with everything needed for the repairs. They were communicative and made pretty big repairs very quickly. They even helped me understand how to use my wet vac, which was so kind and courteous. They did such high quality work and left everything spotless. I was very happy with their service.

We had a contractor trash our sprinkler system right before we were set to close and John S and Aric came out the same day that we called to diagnose, then were able to complete the repair and save our closing date! They truly saved the day for us and were very friendly, professional, and efficient.

Eric is an exceptionally hard worker. He takes great pride in his work. His co-worker Juan was equally exceptional. I would and will recommend Neerings to others. I’ve used Neerings for several years and they have always been super timely, responsive, high-quality, knowledgeable and friendly. This time we had AC and a leak detector installed. Joe, Michael and Randy were excellent!

Very happy with the service provided. They were able to come same day where as other companies were over a week out. Very pleasant to work with, presented everything with all options. Had our AC back up and running in under an hour.

I was weeding and cut the power to my ac. I called nearings and Richard came out and he was so nice and friendly did the job really fast. I would definitely call them again with any other problems that I have. They came right out same day and got it done in half an hour.

Chris and Harrison were great. The very quickly repaired a leak at my kitchen faucet. They also checked some the water filtration system they installed last year. While doing that they discovered a problem with the water or pressure control valve. All repairs were done quickly. Chris and Harrison did a great job of explaining everything and then left the decision up to me. I would highly recommend them!!
