From beginning to finish this company is 5 stars. We first had Brad come over to see why are furnace wasn’t working and rather than pushing a new furnace right off the bat he kindly suggested effective repair options. Which unfortunately our heater had just seen its end of life. So we decided to have Just Right install a complete set up AC and a New Furnace.

Tom was the sales person who is an absolute professional no other way to put it. Provided several options and kindly walking us through the whys.

But the real WOW factor was the 2 man Elite installation crew. CARVER and DANIEL. They were excellent very kind an personable. But besides their character they were very skilled in their line of work. Everything was very clean, all the pipes were fitted perfectly. All i will say is over and beyond our expectations. CARVER and DANIEL are a must to have install for you !!

Great people and extremely thorough. They did a great job installing our new furnace, humidifier and heat pump. I would definitely recommend them.

We can start with the lady behind the phone. She is so upbeat, pleasant and accommodating, you start off feeling good when you begin the process. Kurt was also very polite and seemed knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He was very thorough and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. He explained that my system is at the age where I may need it replaced in the near future, but I didn't feel pressure to do it now. I don't mind paying a little more when I receive the service I got today.

Fantastic service a million times better than any hours. And the price was what was ( quoted ). Go figure and they didn’t tell me I needed a new unit like the other guy listed above!!!! Ps I did spend 100 dollars above what I had figured but it was well worth it. He found the leak and repaired it ! New Customer for life. James Powell

I’m more than happy to provide a stellar review regarding the installation of our new dual fuel heat pump and furnace solution. Daniel, Chris, Gage & Jace(?) we’re great. They contacted me prior to arriving, we’re on time, insured our home was protected as work was done, solicited questions from me and explained everything I needed to know about the system. They were very professional and friendly, easy to talk to and work with. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the installation. I’m very pleased with our choice to go with Just Right Heating and Cooling.

Great experience from start to finish. Quoting process was simple, appointment for estimation was on time, Jordan reviewed all of our questions and options on-site, then provided clear, concise, all inclusive quotes with four different options with prices for each configuration. Jordan was great at answering questions post quote and coordinating the install to meet our schedule. At showtime, Chris and his crew did a great job working around little "design quirks" of our condo and was able to run all of the lines internally behind the walls (our condo HOA does not permit anything running up the exterior of the building). Some tricky work. They coordinated all of the wall repairs with a subcontractor to get our place back to normal. We went from zero to AC on all three floors of our condo in three days! Bring on the summer! And if that is not enough, they have the best welcome jingle on their voice mail and a snappy country hold song to keep you happy during any short waits.

I started using Just Right Heating and Air about a year ago. I had my AC stop working IN JULY and I called around to just about everyone, to see if someone would come out and service it before I went on vacation. My daughter was staying home and I couldn't have her staying home with the animals in 100 degree heat. I called Just Right but they didn't have anyone who could come out before I left and I thanked them for the time. However, about 20 minutes later, they called me back! They said an appointment opened up and they could be there the next day!!! I didn't even leave my number. They must have caller ID and remembered me or my number and decided to call me back. Yes, I know, they are in a business to make money but THAT is customer service in a day and age, where there isn't much of that left. Anyway... I bought a service plan from them to service my AC and my furnace. The end of the season is upon us and I've been out of the country. Riley (???) I think, called no less that 5x to remind me that I have that furnace tune up still available and it was coming up on the end of the season and they wanted to make sure they got out and preformed that service. When I returned, I called and had an appointment set up for about two weeks later....Past their dead line. HOWEVER.... Again, they called me back and said they could come in just the next few days. It didn't matter to them that I was after the deadline or a week early, they were still going to come out and do the service. Chad came out and did an excellent job and answered my questions as I had them. He did his check list and felt even though our system is older, it was still running safely. HE did throw in there, it was time for a new system. OH yes I know :) I've gotten every bit of 25 years out of this system. I don't know if customer service means to you what it does to me, but if that's what you look for, then Just Right is the place you need to call. Customer service is worth a whole bucket of money to me. Even if it's not the least expensive place (I don't really know) I will always call them for all my HVAC needs.

All the technicians from Just Right are so nice. Jason was so good with our ferocious dog! He explained the problem with our air conditioner, answered my technical questions, and had the part on hand to fix it.

Just got a new ac and furnace installation. Turns out the little cartoon kid with the arrow on his head was not the Last Airbender because Trey and Gage worked their magic and my home is finally cold again! And I’m confident it will be warm in the winter. Thank you to the team for an absolute perfect and professional install. Now that my home is comfortable to be in, I feel like I’ve finally come out of the Stone Age.
