Neerings installed a new custom sized walk-in shower with a very low step in hight, a walk-in tub, and a double sink vanity top. They didva great job and everything works great. I will use them again if I need more plumbing work done.

GREEDY, INCOMPETENT PLUMBERS!! If you don't mind greed and incompetence, you should definitely hire them! I wish I'd looked closer at the reviews before hiring them. If I had sorted the reviews from lowest rating to highest, I would have seen all the others who had similar experiences with them! Live and learn, as they say -- but at least I can help prevent this from happening to another unsuspecting customer!!!!

We hired them for major plumbing repairs before the winter holidays, and made it very clear the work had to be done by a certain date, or my business could not operate over the crucial winter holidays, when 60% of our annual revenue is earned. They started 2 days late, and instead of finishing before the holiday weekend, they finished 1 week later, when we had lost over $8,000 in holiday revenue. When we sought a discount due to our lost revenue, not only did they refuse, they filed a lien on our property, even though we'd already paid 90% of the irbill, and only withheld a fraction of what their negligence cost my business. When it became clear they'd hired an attorney to "scare us into paying," we gave in and paid it 100%. Even knowing this, they filed a lien claiming the work was unpaid AND they added attorney fees to the lien, even though it is prohibited by Utah law. (If they want attorney fees, they have to file a separate action. They cannot just add it to a lien.) So there is a lien on my property, but not for an unpaid bill; only for the attorney fees they would not have incurred were it not for their own greed.

Hence, even though we paid their entire invoice, in full, now have to file a Notice of Wrongful Lien in the court, to remove the attorney fees from the lien. This is just pure greed, negligence and incompetence by Neerings and their scummy attorney, Jeff Colemere, who is responsible for illegally added attorney fees to a lien that should never have been filed in the first place.

Do yourself a favor! Call a different plumber. Otherwise, be prepared for this company to chew you up and spit you out, and then bill you for the pleasure!!

Neerings did a terrible job -- in fact, they left the job partially unfinished -- we still cannot use our main restroom because Neerings "forgot" to fix it. They got 0% of the job done by the deadline they agreed to, and we had to call them to come back out FOUR TIMES after they claimed the work was done. We finally stopped calling them, even though the job was not completed -- why would anyone intentionally ask them to continue their shoddy work? Greed, incompetence, unprofessional conduct?

I want to thank Neerings and specifically Eric Reardon for his help. I was on vacation and came back to noticing my water heater had a slight leak. With it being over 15 years old I had a suspicion that the tank had corroded and it needed to be replaced. I called Neerings the same day I came home from vacation and they were able to get me a service tech out the next day. Unfortunately I had to have them come out while I was at work. When I came home my wife had informed me of the Eric's professionalism and positive attitude and fun demeanor. I was informed that our water heater needed to be replaced and had a new one already on the way. He was awesome the whole install by being informative, funny and easy to talk to. He pointed out a few things we needed to get the install up to code that was included in the service. He made a positive impression with my wife, mother and myself during the install. We are greatful for his professional and speedy service. We look forward to working with him again. Thanks Eric! We are loving the new water heater!

Your repairman explained the nuances of our heating system and how it works with our Nest thermostat. I do have to say that we were surprised to learn that our 100% efficient furnace doesn't operate properly if the temperature is set below 65 degrees. I don't remember ever being told that when we purchased our furnace from you which would definitely have had an influence on our decision. We have consistently programmed the thermostat to 55 degrees during the night when we're sleeping. Norman explained there is a sag in the exhaust pipe caused by moisture accumulating in the exhaust system because it was set below 65 degrees. He suggested we get it repaired which we're sure is going to be costly is an expense that likely could have been avoided.
