Jim was professional and provided detailed information about the services that were going to be provided today as well as other services available if we wanted them in the future. He provided great tips for me to self maintain as much as possible and never felt like I was being upsold or pressured to get any more work done than what was needed. Very friendly and would use this company again.

Extremely professional. Reception quickly took all needed information. A tech quickly followed up with a call and was very knowledgeable and verified a few basic things with me to potentially save me a visit and a bill. I will be calling Neerings for all my future needs without hesitation. On top of all that, my wife got stranded on the freeway last year and a Neerings van stopped to help her. Eric did a great job with our repair. Some piping in our house had been put in wrong and he had to puzzle out how to fix it to work correctly. He did a great job, and was very polite. He offered help with related repairs but didn't push when I declined. He explained things well. He also left the area clean when he was finished.

Santana and Mike did an excellent job on my swamp cooler. They arrived on time, immediately got to work, keep me informed of what was happening and when they finished, they clearly explained the current condition of my swamp cooler and available options to correct the issues. Santana and Mike were both professional and friendly and I highly recommend them.

Mark the electrician did a fantastic job on the electrical inspection of my house. He was thorough and he answered all my questions in a way I could understand. These guys are my new go to for any electrical issues or questions that may come up!

Have used Neerings for years, they are the best. Latest project at our cabin in Oakley consisted of shower valve replacements, tankless water heater repair and installations of a water softener. Excellent service and value.

We have a very old building which made most AC companies shy away from submitting a bid for our project, but Neerings accepted the challenge. They worked hard to secure our business and they worked with vendors to draw up plans that would work with our unique situation. I appreciated that they kept me in the loop every step of the way. We had received a notice and phone call from West Jordan City alerting us that we had a “ high water usage alert. They informed us that we needed to identify if it was in the house or outside in the sprinkler system. They instructed us how to check by turning off water in house and watching the meter. Her had an increased bill x3 months if 3xs the usual amount and we were a a high usage alert. Aafter we did as instructed It was determined it was outside the home. West Jordan city stated it was mostly likely in the area of the stop/waste valve of sprinkler system. We called 3 sprinkler repair companies for bids. The 1st company was “ All Utah Plumbing, Heating and Air”. They checked out the house and sprinklers then handed us an estimate invoice for 2450.00 to repair the stop waste valve and any needed repair work in that area. They did tell my husband if they found anything else wrong when digging up our front yard and fixing this, that the cost would be higher. Then one hour later Neerings Plumbing came to investigate problem and give us a bid. The technician was amazing, thorough and professional. He determined the leak was not in the house. He went to the outside and evaluated. He used his own “ key” to turn off the sprinkler system at the stop waste valve, then asked my husband for our key. He turned the key tightly then determined the water meter was no longer turning.. he had my husband observe as well, The meter was stopped. He stated, you do not have a leak, please call the city and tell them to come recheck…there is no leak! I called west Jordan city and they were able to see “ no alarm” on their system at the city. Their representative came to the home about an hour later and confirmed water totally off and “ no leak”!!!
