Santana came over and figured out why our water bill was so high. He checked the toilets upstairs and found that they were both leaking and repaired them. We are so grateful that he was able to come and fix this problem of ours. He was also very personable and so nice! We appreciate him so much for what he did.

CJ and Shayne were great! Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything as they were diagnosing my hot water heater. Afterwards, they provided me with several options and recommendations.

Norm was great. He spent the time educating us on the old furnace, and what he was doing as he was cleaning.
He gave us pros and cons of the current furnace.
His eagerness to do things right, made us glad we chose Neerings.
He spent good, quality time giving a thorough check-up.
Not only did he do service, he gave us a list of things to look for, for future maintenance.
After he left, about an hour later, he stopped by with a brochure of some of Neerings products. He went out of his way for this unexpected delivery.
He went above and beyond, to ensure that we had information to keep us safe for future/current endeavors.

Each service performed by Neerings team members has been professional and efficient without being rushed. I value their no pressure approach and clarity when describing the issue found and solution. They are respectful of me and my home from the initial call for service to completion. Great team with quality service.

Jackson and Keith were very professional and came pretty close to when I was told they would. With my greasy nasty pipes they managed to keep everything clean. They also gave a helpful tip for preventative measures which I appreciated. Keith was very willing to explain what was going on and what was causing what while Jackson worked on cleaning out the pipes. 10/10.

Neering replaced two damaged hose bibs for us. I didn’t get additional quotes so I can’t comment on how the price compared to other companies. However, they were able to analyze our problem immediately and Tony Medina and Harrisen Anderson were great! They were friendly and professional and did a good job!

Santana & Aric showed up right on time and went above and beyond. My swamp cooler is very old and needs some work so they went over all the details of what can be replaced vs. what could get by for another season and helped me come up with a fix that worked well but was also within my budget. Great experience and I will definitely call them again for any future work needed.
