From the initial estimate by Chris to the installation by Kevin and Chad, Neerings team was awesome! They came out a day out after requesting a quote and got right into the installation of ducting in my basement. Kevin and Chad were super professional and just overall super cool people. I called at around 3:30pm on a Sunday thinking there would be no way I'd get my shower fixed same-day. It broke when I tried to turn the water off and therefore would not turn off, so I had to shut off my whole house while waiting for a fix.

The dispatcher said they did in fact have an on-call tech available, and said he'd call me when he was on his way. The on-call tech called within 20 minutes and let me know how long he'd take to get to my home. He had to drive out all the way from Ogden to my home in Utah County! I'm so grateful they were willing to do that!

He was friendly and professional, gave me the quote for the repair up front, and did the job quickly and well. He was even super nice about my little 2yo maniac running around being generally nosy about everything.

I have a membership with Neerings, and I have to say, it has been worth it, and today was no exception. It really helps with the unexpected!

John and Tony were able to come the same day I called about my broken sprinkler water main. They ended up having to hand dig a giant hole to repair the pipe and made some improvements so it would be easier to shut on and off in the future.
