Neerings helped us with a big project in a very old building. They did their best to minimize disruption to our staff, and were always courteous and responsive throughout the process. We appreciate each of them and would recommend their business to others.

It's nearly impossible to find people who still do swamp coolers maintenance and not just HVAC maintenance. Neerings have been excellent. Santana was super helpful and friendly

Mark was great. He was on time, gave options for where and how the electrical could be placed and was up front about costs and what was needed to complete the job. When the work was complete, Mark cleaned up and made sure everything worked before leaving.

I called them for an emergency situation once and they were so great and easy to work with that I call them for any of our plumbing needs now. They are super responsive and get things done in a timely manner. Always a great experience.
