They showed up and told us we needed a whole new furnace and would give us the deal of a lifetime for $4000. Or they could maybe fix it for $400 but it probably wouldn’t work. We got a second opinion and it was fixed with a new thermostat, $150. I wouldn’t ever trust these people.

Our AC went out and they showed up same day, diagnosed the problem right away and made the necessary repairs. Very pleased with their responsiveness.

So glad I went with SOS. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knew what they were doing. From Taylor scheduling the appointment, to Jaden coming out to service my current 22 year old system, to John quoting me a new one, to PJ and Kolby installing the new one (which all took just over 24 hours total), it has just been a great experience. It all starts with great management at the top from Jake, and I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

After being so disappointed with my service and the results of Scott Hale, Hi reached out to SOS to come see if they could do a better job. I was blown away by their speed, the quality of their work, and most importantly the results that they were able to get. Fair prices and knowledgeable professionals. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I got bids from 5 companies and SOS was very competitively priced, knowledgeable, and professional, so I selected them for the full hvac install. They gave me a high quality Lenox system, fixed the horrible draining system the last company installed, and I am thrilled with the outcome. Soooo much quieter than my old system! Cory and Mason were terrific. They worked quickly and efficiently and had the entire system replaced in a day. They did a meticulous cleanup, leaving no debris. My boyfriend who has worked in the field did the final inspection and was very impressed. I recommend this company without hesitation. I’m very pleased with the work they did and the price I was given.

2 days before Christmas and S.O.S. was able to come out the same day! Jaden was kind, considerate and quick. He figured out the problem and repaired it. He educated us and quoted us a new system for later. Thank you!! A warm and blessed Christmas to all!

John took care of me by doing a great job planning. PJ awesome installers. They did a great job, they were professional, and they were personable people as well. When they left, I had a new heating and air system ductwork, the place was clean and neat.

From start to finish, S.O.S cannot be beaten. The communication was A+, from the estimate process all the way through installation day Randy was responsive and provided great information when I need it, while working to accommodate my schedule. I had a lot of requests and changes during the process and Randy was able to work with me on them all. I can't recommend Randy enough. On installation day Kolby and PJ were both fantastic, working with me on installation expectations and would get my input when the project needed it. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and end product was extremely high quality. I couldn't be happier with the entire process of working with S.O.S. and their amazing team members. They have a life time customer.

This company was quick and responsive. Jaden was professional and discussed everything he was doing. It was a quick fix, he was honest and up front with pricing and discussed options that I have. I would highly recommend this company. They were able to come out the very next day to do my repair and they were even able to move my time up so I could begin to cool my house which it important for Utah summers. If you have an AC issue just contact this company and get it fixed.

I’m blown away by the service from SOS. John was able to arrive EARLY, got right to work, and my house was already cooling down by the time he left.
