Bryson was so amazing! He texted me to confirm and when I told him I was just worried my baby would be cold tonight he told me he would t leave until we had heat and he didn’t! He got it fixed, was so kind, and charged less than I was expecting for someone to come out same day. Our house is cozy and warm again! I can’t recommend them enough!

I didn't realize how much storage I had in their way before I left on my trip. When I arrived I noticed it all carefully moved out of the way. Things weren't put back and debris from installation wasn't cleaned up, which made me feel better actually knowing all they had to do on the installation.

If you want to feel and be heard in your design constraints and ideas as well as getting the most value out of the money you're spending, I would recommend SOS.

The guys came out to help with an AC concern. Not only took care of that, but also helped with my thermostat that was malfunctioning, great customer service, friendly, and very efficient.

Our furnace went out on New Year's, they were able to come out that day. Unfortunately our furnace ended up needing to be replaced. I appreciate they tried to troubleshoot and fix it before they just tried to sell me a new one. I was very nervous about the cost but their pricing was reasonable. They had a furnace in stock, so time we were without a furnace was very minimal considering it was a Saturday (installed on Monday morning). They just came out recently for a follow up visit to make sure everything was still working properly and that our A/C would work as well. It was the technician that installed the furnace, it was good to see him again. They have been very good at communicating when they will be there. Everyone I have dealt with has been great. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a home and needed a professional to evaluate the state of the furnace. Like a fool I first contacted another company and the guy they sent was a real huckster. I called S.O.S. for a second opinion and Jaden was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing and wanted to make sure I understood everything that was going on. He gave me a quote that was several thousand less than the other guy. All around great service

Corey and Mayson were absolutely amazing! We needed all new a/c and furnace installed after it broke during this heat. They did an outstanding job and my house now cools so much better. They were very kind and explained how it all worked and what had happened to the old unit. I highly recommend them if you are up in the Roy or Ogden area!

SOS removed my two old roof top a/c units and installed 2 new a/c and gas heating forced air Lennox systems with replacement of all ducting components, which was a massive operation. It was immediately evident upon working with Jake, John, and the rest of the team that they were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, timely, and have great customer service. I had gotten 5 other quotes from other big HVAC companies and SOS was the most responsive, designed the best system, and were the best priced by far. They brought two teams and a crane to install the two completely new systems and got it done in under 3 days as they had promised. Most importantly, their work product appears very neat, organized, and as pretty as an HVAC system can be, giving me the confidence we clearly made the right choice working with them.
