Always hate having to call repair people. Made the call to All Hours. Their service people are knowledge, kind, easy to speak with, and helpful. We spoke with Corbin and Andrew, they were great and very informative. We ended up replacing our furnace and AC. Paid a great price. Chris and Blake were great to work with on the install. Adam was helpful as Quality Control. The new furnace is very quiet. We love it. Thanks All Hour.

Teasha was so great! She kept me informed on when she would arrive and walked me through the entire process of what she was doing. She explained everything in terms I could understand and gave me several options so I could choose the one that would work best for me. I highly recommend the company because of her and her professionalism.

Buyer beware!!! They will over charge you!!! Apparently their standard rate for replacing a capacitor is $429. They took advantage of the fact my wife didn’t know how outrageous this is. $429 to undo 5 screws and plug in a $9 part. And on top of this they didn’t even give us the “$49 off first service” they advertise on their website.

Take your business elsewhere or at the very least get a quote from somewhere else before having All Hours do any work for you.

We’ve used All Hours for 3 years now. Tyler in customer service was great on out last call. Appreciate the text updates with photos of the techs dispatched to your home on service. We’ve had full heating and AC systems installed by them on our primary and rental property and use them to service our rental. It’s been a huge improvement over using a management company.
During our last maintenance service they noticed an error in the furnace’s installation and repaired it all at no cost.
I appreciate their follow up and integrity.

Colby was great. He came as soon as possible and fixed my plumbing problem. I would definitely call this company again. The price was fair.

After three cancellations, a technician arrived on-time (through a wicked snowstorm) to clean our heat vents. He was friendly, professional and seemed to know what he was doing. He made this typically disruptive activity quite painless.

Kutler was a great representative from your company. He got here exactly on time and I let him down to the parts that were broken and needed repair. He immediately recognized what needed to be done explained it to me and told me approximately what it would cost. He was friendly, worked quickly, answered our questions and got the job done. We had asked him to repair a pipe break in the ceiling, fix a toilet flush valve, fix a leaky faucet in the kitchen, and adjust the pressure on our main water pipe into the house. He did all of this the same visit, and it all is in working order. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly repair man who knows what he is doing.

We came home to find a disaster in our basement. We called a couple other companies and they couldn't get to us even though they had technicians available so we called all hours plumbing, right away our phone call was answered and we were taking care of in a timely manner within an hour and a half. Our technician Brandon Sandburg was right on time, respectable and professional the whole entire time he was here. He answered all of the questions that we had, he completed his job in a timely manner and helped us have a peace of mind knowing everything was completed. Thank you All Hours for being available for us.

All Hours has been my go to vendor for AC maintenance and repair since we moved into our home 3 years ago. Since then we’ve needed help with both plumbing and AC issues and have always found them to be prompt and professional. Recently we had our AC fan go out and fortunately we were connected with Channing Cook, who gave us options and excellent service in the repair. I definitely recommend All Hours if you are looking for a long term plumbing/HVAC partner!

Had a wonderful experience with all hours. They were very honest and professional. The price was better, and the service was even better than other competitor in the area. Specifically, Colby and Kino were super professional and kind. I haven't received a better customer service and care from other plumbers or hvac guys. They provided an above and beyond customer service and have won me as a customer for life!
