Best service ever! Letisha came to repair our HVAC without hassles and great attitude and customer service. She also sold us an a great 5 year service they offer which I'm usually skeptical about getting as I think they are usually just upcharges. However, she was very good at explaining the usefulness and really inexpensive service they offer that we decided to get it. Great overall service from the phone line to the tech. Very much recommend!!!

Channing corrected a multiple year A/C issue in minutes, then checked the rest of the system as well.

After discussing a water pressure drop with him, I made a further appointment for their plumbing folks.

Alejandro came out a few days later. He went over the system and verified the drop in pressure. He then adjusted the pressure regulator, sink & bathroom flow issues.

In both appointments, they answered questions and provided very useful information.

Leteashia and Eric were fantastic! Very professional but also very personable. They explained things really well and were very respectful to our home.

I super appreciate Teashia coming out and looking at our furnace! Her explanations were easy to understand and she took the time to explain what all our options were - even when I had questions unrelated to the issue about our water heater and softener. Trash, I mean, Teashia… ;) is awesome!

LaTeashia arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. She explained my options and we decided what corrective actions were needed. She was very professional and polite. I would highlyrecommend her and All Hours.

I tried to ask over the phone how much to unclog a toilet assuming it was not a big deal. They can't quote a price or even a general idea. I had to pay them $59 to come over and give me a quote. He did nothing. Just asked questions and told me almost $300 if it was a normal clog that he could push thru. Another $300 if he had to remove the toilet. I sent them away. I just paid $60 to get a quote. What a waste.

I called All Hours early in the afternoon. The lady who answered was professional, engaged, and caring. The technician, Teashia, called to let me know she was on her way, she was at our home by 4. Teashia was respectful and wore shoe covers in the house. Teashia went right to work, she was thorough and explained the problems she found. When she was finished, Teashia took time to speak with us about our options, we never felt pressured. Thanks All Hours!

Colby arrived right on time to address a leaky faucet that quickly turned for the worst! He was prompt, communicative, and SO helpful. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!
