Just had my bathroom sink replaced due to a leak and my shower replaced because it was hard to turn off. I live in a 25 year old trailer so I had my doubts that they could find parts for either one and match the sink color. But they did both and I am very happy with the work they did!!! They were extremely polite and explained everything to me before they started. They gave me a bid so I knew exactly what it was going to cost and there were no surprises. And before they left they made sure I had no other questions. I definitely recommend All Hour Plumbing and also Randy and his partner. Thank you for getting the job done so fast!

Anthony and Travis or Trevor are both very professional and have a wonderful work ethic. They both are also personable. Both men explained and showed everything that was wrong with my pipe that burst (backyard faucet), before and after. I have always liked the professionalism that All-hours plumbing and HVAC has shown. I always rate this company as 5 stars but I would like to say that they are worth 10+. Thank you both very much!!

All hours saved the day! They gave ample notice for their arrival, were so friendly and helpful, and analyzed the situation and offered different solutions at varied price points. They returned quickly (within 30 min!) with the additional part needed, and replaced the pump. It was fast & painless, plus Joey & Lacie offered education on what I could do if I had an emergency with the plumbing until they could arrive. No one hopes to need emergency plumbing, but if I do, I’m calling all hours and requesting Joey or Lacie!

Kirsten scheduled my appointment and was extremely kind and helpful. Zeke came early the next day and fixed the issue with my shower quickly and efficiently. Plus he was a super chill guy and super easy to get along with! 10/10 would use them again!

We needed plumbing help ASAP, and were able to call on a Sunday night to book for Monday morning. Kirsten was super personable and helpful on the phone. Service expert Bryan showed up at 8am on the dot, solved our problem very quickly, and charged us hardly more than the $59 base fee to come out and give an estimate. Very, very reasonably priced. He was professional and explained what he was seeing and what he was doing. To be honest, we are wary of plumbers trying to rip us off... THIS ONE DID NOT. We will definitely call All Hours again for future needs. Thanks, everyone!

Chastity was great setting up our appointment. Very understanding of the situation and urgency on our part. Anthony was also amazing. He let us know the different things he could do in our situation (sump pump/pipes issue). He did his pitch for the yearly checkups on systems afterward. Definitely considering it with the great service we received. I will give 5 stars for them, though I hate the Sunday Emergency fee, which I knew to begin with. I work Sundays as well so I know its not amazing to work those days but it is what is. Thanks for the great service. Will keep your company in my contacts.

Pete savage really was top notch, he has basically been working on my moms pool boiler for 2 yrs, tried cheaper things first (it was what my mom wanted) he never minded picking up a phone call from me to help. He went through each inch of it. To make sure I knew how to keep it clean and secure it at winter so that maybe my mom can get a few more yrs out of it. He never pushed the big money replacements or anything gave us our options but never made us feel like we had to do this or that. Now it’s working better than it had for the last 5 yrs. My mom (if she wasn’t 70) would do a backflip. Thank you all hours and most importantly Pete.

Probably the best experience with a plumbing. They CSR’s were able to get me in fast and the technicians , Anthony B and his assistant, fixed my leak in my main bathroom water line. Anthony and his assistant, took their time and thoroughly looked through everything. They found the problem and diagnosed it , and fixed the problem. They also supplied the necessary information to file a homeowners claim. Without them I would be up a creek. Oh and they also bought me coffee… KEEPERS!

I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews on this place and I'm wondering if they were paid for those reviews. These guys have terrible scare tactics and caused a huge problem for us during the sale of our home by shutting off the furnace gas and telling us we needed a new furnace when our furnace was only 6 years old and we did not need a new furnace! Luckily we got a second opinion who also said he gets a ton of calls like this, and that these furnace companies will do this when you have them come out for a tune up, so beware! I would never ever use this company for anything again.

All Hours plumbing is great! We called another 24 hour plumbing place that couldn't get us in for two days, but All Hours was able to get to our house that same night, about an hour after we called. They fixed our problem quickly and we were able to turn our water back on that same night. Kutler was our Service Expert. Not only dud he fix our problem quickly, but he was professional, friendly, and fun to talk to. I highly recommend All Hours and Kutler. I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.
