I called Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend about a leaking toilet.
I was impressed to immediately have an appointment set up, for that night or Sunday, my choice.
I opted for Sunday afternoon.
Kutler Frampton was the repairman they sent.
Kutler was friendly, professional & honest about a couple of questions I had about another issue.
He did a great job, very efficiently!
I'll be sure to request him for any future plumbing or heating issues that might crop up.

Run like the plague from these guys! Very shady, unbelievably expensive.

Had them out to get a quote on disconnecting 3 sinks and then reconnecting the next day after our new counters got installed. They quoted me $2800, including $760 to install the kitchen faucet. We sent them on their way and I did it all myself from watching YouTube. The funny thing is that the kitchen faucet was the easiest thing out of all that, took like 10 minutes.

While we didn't end up using this service, Kirsten was beyond friendly and responsive trying to get us scheduled. Based on her alone, I would definitely schedule something here in the future. Wonderful customer service!

Josh did an amazing job cleaning ducts in my home. He worked tirelessly. I appreciated the photos that he showed me of his progress. He was professional and meticulous. I could not have asked for more. Just terrific.

Had a leak coming from a bathtub drain through my kitchen ceiling. My technician was Kutler Frampton. He showed up on time, was super courteous and helpful. Diagnosed and repaired the leak quickly and for a very fair price. He was really sensitive to the fact that for a homeowner, a water leak in your ceiling really sucks. He didn’t over charge or try to over sell me. He did let me know about some services I might consider in the future, but no hard sell. I appreciate that. I felt like he cares about his work and his customers. Thanks so much.

I have worked with all hours before and I really like working with them. Colby was our service man today and did a really excellent job of checking all the systems and fixing the issue with our water softener. I have not had any issues working with this company and I look forward to continue working with them as future heating and Plumbing needs arise.

Although I did not end up using the services of this company, I must give a shout out to Tyler, the representative I worked with. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my questions and concerns. His level of customer service was truly impressive and I would highly recommend this company simply based on his professionalism and kindness. Kudos to Tyler!

We had an issue with our fridge water line and they came out quickly and got us all fixed up. Colby was very professional and explained everything as he was going. He also noticed we had a valve that is no longer used and he replaced that as well. I highly recommend All Hours!
