Colby from All Hours arrived right on time and was professional. He kept me advised of the work needed to complete my repair throughout the job. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (which was completely different than what I had originally thought) and completed the repair of a pipe leaking into my wall quickly. I feel like he took extra steps to make sure everything was done correctly and let me know if additional maintenance I could perform to maintain my pipes in the future. I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

I used All Hours to respond to an emergency electric water heater leak/ rupture. I called at 10:30 pm on a Saturday. Colby responded with in 30 minutes and drained my water heater. He then talked me through my options for replacement. We agreed we would both research traditional water heaters and electric on demand. Colby called me the next day around 1230. We discussed the options we both found. He let me know the plan for Monday. On Monday he called at 830 and was at my house by 930. I have an odd sized water heater due to tight spacing and which requires some running around to find it. He had the old one out, new one in place by 230 pm. There were a couple of hiccups which he trouble shot well. He left my place as clean as when he came. Colby provided both excellent customer service and quality work.
* I should add the black marks were the installment of the old one, not Colby. Colby’s work was impeccable.

Had a new AC installed in august of 2022. It never worked right but the temperatures weren’t high enough to notice until July of 2023. Called on a Sunday to have them come find out why it isn’t keeping my house below 85 degrees. They said the earliest they could come out is that Wednesday from 1-6 (which is an obscenely large arrival window). Wednesday at 6:30 no one had arrived so I had to call to find out what was going on. They said they were running late but promised someone would be out the next day between 8 am and 1 PM. I said that’s unacceptable and I had already missed work and requested they be there at 8 am which they said they would try to accommodate. 1 o’clock the next day they still aren’t here so I call and they claim that the guy would be here by 6 PM. I’ve now had to miss two full days of work as well as run my AC 24/7 to keep the house at somewhat livable temperatures sky rocketing my power bill. They have shown no signs of trying to help me, they have completely blown me off. This is by far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn’t use this company for ANYTHING ever again. I would be shocked if they ever make this right.

Kirsten was the absolute best. We have to get pricing for a very needy realtor and I leave town tomorrow but she made an appointment happen! Super personable….excellent representative of their company! If the rest of their people are like her; sign me up!

All Hours was able to get me in sooner than anyone else when my AC suddenly went out. Jace was professional and considerate. He took the time to explain what the issues were and was able to fix the issue within an hour. Would recommend!

Scott Cole our salesman was very professional and knowledgeable about what we needed for our new system. They had a really fast turn around and got our new unit installed 2 days after the estimate. Nick C and Isaac J showed up right on time and had everything installed in 3 hours. We upgraded to a new smart thermostat and Nick helped me get the app set up on my phone. I highly recommend All Hours for your AC needs!

Trevor came and fixed our pipes. Super responsive to our emergency, and really trustworthy reasonable process. He offered us options, including the cheapest bandaid, a middle ground option, and a deluxe fix. We chose the middle one and he got us up to code, replacing some shoddy temporary work that preceded it. Not working with handymen on our pipes anymore. This is our new long term plumbing option. Highly recommend them. Really pleased with the work done and tea appreciate the friendly, professional, prompt service. Love Trevor!

On time - - so incredibly friendly and reassuring. The problem was remedied and my oh my Kirsten their customer service representative is as kind as it gets. She even sent a thank you personal handwritten card after for our business. Will be booking again!

Purchased a new bathroom vanity and needed some plumbing pipes moved. All Hours Plumbing’s rep, Alejandro, did a fantastic job. He explained everything in a way I could understand and explained all of the costs to me. He did all of the work exceptionally well, made sure everything was clean and neat when he and his partner, Keno, left. I would highly recommend this company and Alejandro for any plumbing needs.
