My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

Casey and Tony were the techs that replaced my Furnace and AC. After getting quotes from multiple companies My Buddy had the most bang for your buck. Air purifier was the icing on the cake. Casey and Tony were professional, cordial, clean and fast! They broke down the information so I could understand it and even swept my utilities closet. highly highly recommend them and will be requesting them in the future. Thank you guys so much! Me and my family very much appreciate it!

Preston is fantastic. And he came out as soon as possible to fix AC on the hottest day yet. We have air conditioning! Took care of the issue in the most efficient and honest manner possible. Any Hour Services failed to fix it and sent out an electrician who suggested a 500 repair on the break box was necessary. Preston magically fixed it without touching the breaker box. Crazy how that works. Will definitely work with Preston and my buddy again. Thanks!

Derek D. and Hayden came today and installed much need faucets, and repaired my toilet which was loose and running all the time. They were professional, explained what needed to be done and the cost was super reasonable!! I appreciated the professionalism, neatness, and they were on time. Thank you!! They went to Home Depot, bought a $700 hot water heater, and then charged me $2300 for it.
I could have bought it myself and just had them install it. I wasn't given that option.
What a rip-off. They should be ashamed of doing that to people, especially these days.

I recently hired My Buddy the Plumber and had the pleasure of working with Heath. I must say, Heath exceeded my expectations in every way possible! He was amazing – friendly, knowledgeable and true to his word. In fact, he went way above and beyond the call of duty answering all of my questions and helping me with an issue that another plumbing company slacked on.

This is a tale of two ratings.
The plumbers are knowledgeable, get the work done promptly, and the price is reasonable. From that standpoint, this is a five-star outfit.
This past winter I had a couple of jobs assessed, and despite a half-dozen attempts on my part, I could not get an estimate for the work and therefore never could schedule the repairs. And just this weekend I called on Friday evening to schedule a repair, and I never got a call back, even though I called twice. So based on those experiences the company rates one star.
In summary, if they do any work for you, I think they do a good job at a fair price. But good luck getting them to actually do the work or call you back.

Holland did awesome job! We were able to get a same-day appointment when everyone else told us it would take a couple days. He gave us several options and got the work done really quick!

Dominique was prompt, pleasant and professional. He was knowledgeable about the drain issue and quickly cleared the backup. He used a camera to determine the condition of the pipe and recommended a longer term solution to our drainage problem. We’ve used My Buddy the Plumber for several years; they treat us fairly and we trust them.

the tech came and and was very personable and nice but he lied. he said my water heater wasn't fix-able and needed to be replaced. he quoted me a very high quote and we made an appointment. i checked with some friends and they said that price was way to high and that they would come look at it. well they fixed it with a part that was less than $20. on top of that the thermo coupling was mysteriously crimped, couldn't of been before or it wouldn't or run, i obviously didn't do it. very dishonest behavior

If I could give Ish and Holland a 10 star review I would! They were on time, got right to work and kept at it and finished the entire AC/Furnace replacement in one day! Plus pleasant, communicative and tidy!
