Our technician Heath walked us through all of the issues we were experiencing and explained things in a knowledgeable and clear way. He was upfront about our options and then did an excellent job fixing the problem and replacing the parts we needed. Throughout it all he was cheerful and kind! We’d absolutely ask for him again if we needed further plumbing assistance.

We we so pleased with the genuine care and honesty that was shown to us by this company, we would recommend them to anyone. Josh and Crew worked so well together and they made us feel valued. Job well done!

The level of service and general demeanor of all the service technicians was excellent. The sales manager who helped me was very transparent and walked me through all options. The work was completed both quickly and efficiently and my house was left extremely clean. I will absolutely be using My Buddy for future home plumbing/electrical/heating etc. needs.

These guys helped make the best of a bad situation. The website is super simple to use. The team was on time and walked me through multiple options. Very professional and courteous. They even went out of their way to fix the air conditioner on the 4th of July so we didn't have to roast in the 90 degree house any more.

Kyle Malmstrom was the plumbing technician and he walked me through what was needed (and even taught me some basic under-sink pipe knowledge). He was professional and courteous and was able to help me with the plumbing issue quickly.

The 2 men that came to our house to fix the toilet did it in less than 30 minutes and they also took a look outside at our sprinkler line and tightened that up for us as well. They were friendly and honest people, and affordable. I 100% recommend using them for all your electric, heating and plumbing issues!

Great company. We initially called for a long overdue service on both of our furnaces as one was struggling to work properly. In the end, we needed to replace one furnace. The entire experience was great. They showed up on time, took care not to damage the carpets or wood work, and were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They offered a great value for the furnace and installation and managed to fix a nagging temperature issue in our basement and a huge problem with a humidifier with the new furnace. Shawn even came out after the installation to help program the new thermostats and explain some of the updated features on the new furnace since we were out of town during the installation. We’ll be calling them again in the future.

They installed our furnace in Nov 2022 and did a great job. Had an issue we thought was related but it turned out to be something else. They had it fixed that day and in a timely manner. Holland was very professional and gave us all our options. Great company and staff.

We had our water heater give out on us and put in a request for an appointment last night. We had Kyle come give us an estimate to get a replacement tomorrow morning. I received a call a few hours later from Jordan that he was on his way to do the install. He arrived when he said he would and got started right away. Jordan was nice enough to even haul away our broken water softener even though it wasn't also getting replaced today. He walked us through all the work he completed and everything he installed when he was done with the job. We were hoping to not have to do a full replacement today, but are very impressed with the service we received. We would recommend these guys to anyone that asks and would use their services again (just hopefully not anytime soon.)
