My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

I have used this company on 2 different occasions and they have been very quick to respond and get me on their schedule. I like the option of setting everything up without having to call. On both occasions their employees have been very professional and resolved my plumbing issues quickly.

Oh man. It’s never fun to start your weekend off with the cleaning person knocking your thermostat off the wall and into their bucket of soap water. Fortunately Korey was able to find and install a new thermostat the same day. Responsive, knowledgeable, even provided some free advice about an hvac solution for an upstairs bedroom. Highly recommend!

We used My Buddy plumbing to service our furnace. Our technician Holland, was fantastic. Holland did a thorough inspection of our furnace including taking multiple photos and videos to show us in his presentation of what our furnace needs. Holland was very informative and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company and Holland again!

Korey was quick and efficient in helping with our AC. He did a later service call to make sure we got taken day of the event. We are so happy with our services from the company as a whole!

I had My Buddy come out for a seasonal furnace tuneup. The tech who came out, Holland, was very professional. He explained the different tests and checks they do with a furnace tuneup. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend My Buddy for your HVAC needs.

I had an electrical issue that caused the heat and AC to not run, and then the heat to run when the AC was on. Preston was exceptional in explaining everything he was doing and why in a very professional and friendly manner. The solution required a time-consuming search for a short that eventually led to a complicated rewiring. I would very much recommend My Buddy based on my experience with Preston.

Kyle came out and fixed our pressure reducer valve and did it within just about an hour! Talked me through what he was doing and was very professional. Definitely would use again!

We used My Buddy when our furnace went out in January. They replaced a part, but the furnace stopped working again after 2 hours. Over the next few of weeks, My Buddy made, but then canceled, several appointments with us, and in the end they failed to fix the furnace. We spent almost 2 weeks in January with no heat. We eventually used another company who fixed the furnace the day that we called them. My Buddy was again not responsive when we called and asked for a refund. Overall we had a very negative experience with this company.

We arrived home after a work day in January to a chilly house. We soon realized that the furnace wasn’t working and hadn’t been warming the house throughout the day. We called around to get quotes and My Buddy The Plumber was very responsive and upfront with prices and scheduling. They sent Preston soon after. Preston called us before arriving to our house to let us know he would be there soon. He was very kind and was able to fix our furnace on the spot. He was patient with us and helped us understand the problem and gave us information for upkeep and dates of when parts should be replaced.
