My Buddy the Plumber, Electric, Heating & Air

Larry at My Buddy is a first-rate technician. Every time he has made a call for an inspection and/or repair he’s always gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before he leaves. If he doesn’t have the part or has to return, he does it promptly and stays until he’s sure the issue is completely resolved. He does excellent work, very personable. We trust My Buddy to keep our HVAC in top condition

Easy after hours appointment. Tech (Preston) was on his way before two companies that claimed 24/hr service even responded. Preston showed up early, was personable and knew what he was doing. Thanks Preston! Overall very impressed.

Preston was awesome! Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Appreciated his advice and genuinely enjoyed talking to someone who was professional and laid back at the same time!

Easy to schedule, showed up on time, and quickly identified what needed to be done. The plumber was courteous and kept me up to date of what was going on. The only suggestion for improvement would be to communicate better about the time of arrival (he needed to get some parts and I didn't know he was going to be later, because of that). I also love the name of this company. The My Buddy trucks look so happy :)

My buddy the plumber heating & air from the beginning to the end of our AC adventure were extremely helpful and reliable. Larry kept us from wasting $700 for a band aid fix on our 18 year old AC unit and instead suggested having Shawn come out and talk about our replacement options. Shawn gave us multiple options and was able to have someone out as soon as two days later. Ryan and Chandler did a amazing job replacing our AC and furnace. Both made sure that everything was done to a T, and that any questions were answered. Id highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Holland was the best service experience related to my furnace since it was installed in 2017 and has had continual issues. Prompt, pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job answering questions and explaining my current issue with suggestions for going forward. Excellent experience and would highly recommend him for service.

Had Ryan come out and take a look at my floor drain that I thought was the culprit of a smell in my basement. After his thorough investigation he found that it was actually a drain line from my kitchen that was leaking. Within 5 minutes of being here he pinpointed the issue and gave recommendations on what needed to happen. Highly recommend Ryan for any drain issue you may have. Thanks again!

They were prompt, they did a great job. Were friendly with my dogs, tidied up after themselves as well as possible after they left. Suggested a water mitigation company to stop any further damage.
